the staff are very friendly, and the comp breakfast was more than expected
the return shuttle was the only disappointment, as the driver was rude, and threw a dollar back at us and said it was not worth it, little did he realize it was $5 we rolled up and put in the tip jar. some did not tip at all. he was just ungrateful in our eyes
Great price and comfortable bed. VERY close to airport.
Close to airport.
Pulled down the sheets and there was hair all over. We took pictures and all we got was a 10.00 credit.
Pillows were great!
Close to airport, cheap roomservice from restsurants, at if your animal, dont destroy anything in your room, you pay nothing. To be in US, good breakfest
Excellent location and Shuttle Service every half hour to airport Comfortable Bed (we had a king) Excellent continental breakfast
The sinks are part of the room rather than part of the bathroom, so when sharing the room, there is no privacy and the lights don't allow for anyone else to continue sleeping. As well, the bathroom fan went on with the lights and was quite loud. We found the pillows to be quite small. We could have asked for extras, but we chose not to.
Staff was very professional Clean rooms
Worn, thread bear and beat up facility. Business center poor- non working printer
Staff were courteous and helpful. Great people.
staff was friendly and accommodating.
internet was not available
affordable and clean
Bed could be softer and ice machine didn't work on the floor I was on.
It was a last minute reservation, however I did not make it-my boyfriend did. The midnight clerk had good customer service skills.
The coat rack fell as soon as we hung our coats on it. The carpet was dirty. And I had to keep calling housekeeping for washcloths. Needless to say, you get what you pay for. The hallways smelled like mold or mildew.
The price was okay!
Hotel needs to be renovated bad!
not convenient to any restaurants. carpet was old and had strong odor.
pleasant staff, clean place, good price
Comfortable quiet room
airport shuttle, location near to DTW, staff very good
hotel has seen better days, it is worn, has unpleasant odor, ice machine didn't work on my floor - that said my room was fine and I was able to sleep. one of the power points was loose from wall and TV stand was wobbly (thus the better days comment)
physical property dirty hallway carpet tired building zero services in area such as restaurants
Front Desk Staff Always Professional and Friendly
Always seems to be confusion when stay is booked via booking.com
location to airport and restaurants
it's my first time to come to America, but the hotel made me pay twice for the room. I have paid 76 dollars on17th july, and I also paid 76 dollars on 17th August, and I only live here for one night. I don't know what to do.
The night clerk did her best to accommodate me, but I have never been in a hotel room without a working phone.
Booking.com did not send my reservation to the hotel, so when I arrived, I had no reservation, despite the fact that I had booked the room 7 weeks before my departure and called the hotel three days before my arrival. The first room they sent me to was apparently already occupied; the second room had no air conditioning and the phone was ripped out of the wall; the third room had no working phone and a party of teenagers in the next room. By the time I got to bed at 1:30, my sleeping pill and earplugs got me through the night. Never again! Booking.com really screwed up!
Proximity to the airport and free shuttle. Air conditioner!
Room looked filthy and worn. The rug was stained - I don't even want to guess what those red stains were. (I would not walk barefoot on the rug). The shower drain was clogged - even after I pulled out a bunch of gunk, the tub still filled with water as we showered. Bathroom tiles were cracked and floor was dirty. The beds looked clean and I thought they were comfy, but my husband said he itched all night. Pillows were so soft so that when you tried to bunch them under your head, they would flatten like a pancake. The room was small, but we didn't expect much for the price - we just needed a quick place to stay before a flight. Would not recommend because of the dinginess.
