How close it is to the airport
Overdrew my debit card when i told her i was here to CHECK IN. She thought i meant WALK IN. i already had a booking.com reservation for $20 cheaper than the walkin price when she realized she owed me a refund. She gave me my cash back. I was angry. It was late so we went to the FIRST room she gave us. The walls literally had huge chunks of drywall showing, tv had no remote, and the tub had a dirty towel hanging over the rail. Once we switched rooms, all we had to worry about was the broken chain lock and the prostitutes / pimps lurking around. Im from the hood and i still was not going to get MY shoes out of the car til daylight. Woke up and police were on the property looking for someone. I wont stay at Travelodge again. Or Hobby Airport Inn! Or whatever its called.
The bedroom was nice and confortable.
There wasn't nothing for breakfast, just coffe, cereals and juice.
I did not enjoy my stay. I was charged the full amount for 4 days on my acct the day I checked in! The floors in room dirty, the employees knew nothing of nothing, no internet or tv for the entire stay, woke up two mornings in a row to police out in parking area. I did not want the cleaning people in my room. I put the sign out but they cleaned the room anyways. The blanket was burned stained in areas. The non- smoking room was smoked in smelled like a bar! New room the key locked me out of room and phone didn't work! What a mess
Nothing.. couldn't even stay.
Booked 2 king rooms 8 months ago and only one room and blood on bed and walls and ceiling, smelled horrible and dogs and cats on property, elevator had no light. So bad couldn't even stay. Worst nightmare ever for a hotel. Avoid at all costs!
The room was ok
The free breakfast sucked they only had cereal and toast the staff is rude as well and one time i was infested with nervous i reported it to the front desk and nobody anything about it
everything. I travel a lot, it was my first time using booking.com, I really wish there was a way to get my money back,
Nothing, absolutely nothing!
Everything, there is not enough room to write how disgusting this place is!
Dirty dirty dirty. Propositioned by a drug dealer and a prostitute before I got the bags in the room. Fresh blood stains on the carpet. Shower would not even drain and backing up into the tub hair and dirt. Skipped even taking one for the morning.
When I left. I will never stay there again.
Everything, the hanging the smoking the street walkers. Very unsafe. Holes in the walls roaches dirty beds.
Checking out early
From the room, which was disgusting, to the pool which the light came out and was hanging by wires in the pool, this place was terrible. After booking for four nights I went in after being there several hours and told them I was leaving in the morning. There were prostitutes and pimps walking around. One took someone in her room while I was the kids were at the pool. The kids were afraid to stay there. They asked if this was all we could afford. Although I did not plan to eat their breakfast, It was only Fruit Loops and toast. That's it folks. STAY AWAY WITH YOUR FAMILIES.......
Pillows were nice.
The noise outside all night and all morning. I think some people live there cuz they partied all night.
Location is hiden from maun road. Little to no security around. Did not like cleanliness in room, very old place, run down rooms. Very poor quality. Some guests were very loud throughout the night, kept waking me up and nobody seemed to tell them anything. Shady persons walking around parking lot at night. I will never stay at this place again.
close to the highway
terribly dirty carpet in the room (my feet were black just after walking from bed to bathroom), the whole inn looked shabby and the breakfast was just terrible!
Close to airport
Dirty and unkept. Rug pulling away from door about one inch.
Room had good air conditioning felt really nice Beds were comfortable
The address was on the Mexican restaurant in front of the hotel it was confusing. The trash was overflowing and foul smelling outside by the elevator. The light was out in the elevator we used to get up to our room. There was a huge gap on the side of the curtain in our room where people could see into the room when you went to the bathroom because their was no door to close to the bathroom.
The room smell was awful. I woke up with my chest feeling awful
Staff was good and nice
Continental breakfast was only cereal out of a big bag not individual. Protitutes walking and thugs look frightening to where I didn't feel safe
Written telephone #s all over wall in room, no coffee maker in rooms, no Kleenex given or available period. If you get mircowave/fridge has to be brought to room. Light in pool was hanging out in pool as if that was not dangerous . breakfast is ceral and toast only
Location, but was hard to find because it was set back from the street behind a building.
The hotel was very old and tattered. The ceiling in my room was coming down in one section. The carpet was dirty. There were no drinking cups. I had to plug in the TV which was not working properly. *They did not have my reservation from booking*
Nothing,, I wished I would have read the reviews.
Location is in a bad spot, it s away from the assess road,. The rooms were horrible> We had book to double beds with non smoking, what they gave us both a smoking room. The first room the door would not open at all and the air conditioning did not work. The second room the carpet was torn and the blankets on bed had cigarettes burns and hair on the sheets also in the bathroom tub, light didn't work as well. The 3rd room the carpet was torn but when the air conditioning was turn on it started to smoke and the lights did not work as well. The 4th room the air condition was not working and the bed was not made. Finally the last room bed was alright but there was blood on the walls. There was people at all hrs roaming the hotel grounds, yelling, cussing, and ask my husband if he wanted to buy some weed. It was to late to ask for my money back they had charged my credit card already.
The room was super small. They did not have any towels. The room had been drenched in bleach we all left with horrible allergies. We had to kill several bugs.
