The room smell was awful. I woke up with my chest feeling awful
Staff was good and nice
Continental breakfast was only cereal out of a big bag not individual. Protitutes walking and thugs look frightening to where I didn't feel safe
Written telephone #s all over wall in room, no coffee maker in rooms, no Kleenex given or available period. If you get mircowave/fridge has to be brought to room. Light in pool was hanging out in pool as if that was not dangerous . breakfast is ceral and toast only
You can smell marihuana all over the rooms and a lot of prostitution activities the girls were walking back and fort trying to find clients
We're still alive.
We could have been killed.
Room cleaned every morning
The pool was not clean
There was not one thing I liked
The rude front desk staff The 'Continental Breakfast' that consisted of cold cereal and toast The dirty bed linens The lack of towels The smelly, moldy bathroom The rattling AC unit The strong cigarette smell in the non-smoking rooms The sketchy location
The filthiest hotel I have ever seen:the bathtub was black and the drai was fully plugged; falling plaster from the ceiling;stains on bed sheet, on carpet; extreme wild noise next door; shady characters everywhere; and the list goes on. Do not go there!
Room was fairly neat. Parking was right next to room.
The pool was filthy, green had bad smell. There were ppl in and out of the hotels all hours of the night, making noise. There were ppl in the parking lot making noise all night as well. I asked for extra pillows and towels when I arrived. There was none provided. Breakfast in the morning consisted of a gallon of milk, gallon of OJ some bread and cereal. The breakfast station did not look sanitary at all. If I go back to Houston I will defiantly not stay here! It was not as nice as the other Baymont's that we've stayed in the past at.
Room carpet really dirty with black stains. Chair was uncleaned and with stains. Room smelled like having Fungi. Restoom had bad odor and the sink was broken down had a collection basket under to catch the dirty water. First room we asked to be changed because we asked for non smoking and it was smelling really bad. The Second room was worse. I did not have breakfast did not trust the uncleanliness of this place. I would not recommend this place.
Room wasnt ready, not enough towels, swimming pool looked dirty and it looked old and it just felt dirty!!
Clean interior. Staff was friendly.
Lots of hookers outside. Rooms smelled like weed. The pool was literally green. Scary and uncomfortable when outside at night.
Very difficult to locate. The room was very dingy, carpet was stained and threadbare. The air conditioning was not working, as were several other rooms judging from the number of persons complaining at the desk. We did not stay there .
not enough towels,no wash-rag
This place was horrible. If you want to get robbed, stabbed, or killed, stay here a couple nights.
*The room was absolutely pathetically filthy. *Bathroom drain pipe had rust and mold *There were no tissues, ice bucket or cups, no soap or shampoo, no carrafe to make coffee, no towels, no wash cloths, no shower mat (asked for these at front desk and no one was available to deliver them to us until the clerk finally did but it was one item at a time - said it wasn't her responsibility if there were items missing! ???) Also, there was no telephone *Front desk clerk was unable to help and displayed very poor attitude *There was no fire escape map or room rate sheet on the door *The manager was not available to help *The room had a very bad odor, moldy, stale air - cigarette smell - supposed to be a non-smoking room *There was a big dead bug on the floor *Sheer curtains were stained, filthy, dusty *The window curtain panel was in disrepair *Chair was stained and very dirty; lever broken, sharp and dangerous *The toilet was difficult to flush *The bed cover sheet had yellow stains *Carpet had stains *Part of the door gasket was missing *Hinges on door rusted *Car illegally parked in accessible parking space - reported, no one did anything about it, seemed to not care (ADA violation *Overall, the rowdy crowd staying at this hotel made it seem like either a flop house or a half-way house; some very scary people on the premises. Talked to a police officer who was tasked to make periodic patrols of the property - that is certainly an indication there are problems - that is just no normal for a quality hotel. Personal belief: This hotel should have a thorough health or building inspection and closed until it can be brought up to standards. It definately should not represent the name "Baymont."
I like because I made the reservation at the same day and then only took me like two minutes.
The room was messy and restroom door was missing also too much tha was only one towel.
the pool was dirty, staff wasnt friendly at all no towels, room wasnt properly clean no security on premises it was just awful
NOT ONE THING
When I searched and booked the reservation the photos did not represent what we saw and stayed in..The lobby was always hot in temperature, and with a broken door and glass exposure..The reviews that I first read did not represent what I experienced reading--or I would have never booked..Upon arrival --only one towel no other washcloths or hand towels--broken headboard from one of the beds..water did go down in bathroom sink extremely slowly..had to ask for a do not disturb sign..although it did feel like a drug palace--someone walked the grounds attempting to sell drugs and we could be awakened in the mid morning hearing the fights and discussions of "crack"--and all the other things reviewed by others very true--no wifi--"its down" and continental breakfast just two cereals and white bread..elevators sound like they will break down while you are riding --and defitenely inappropriate place for a family --much less mature adults..
The room WA excellent
Price was ok
IT was behind a empty building.room had no phone had a bad smell tub looked like it wasn't cleaned in months tv was broken refrigerator had mildew on it it looked like people where living there.stayed two nights checked out and went to a better hotel where my kids where safe and can swim and enjoy
Carpets and bedding were stained, cobwebs in the corners of the room, and the tub was in definite need of replacement.
Mold, tub broken, hot water only, one towel, no soda machine, dirt and grease on the door and walls.
