Hotel is very worn. Paint is needed badly! Hotel is sparse and poorly attended. Desk clerk had a hard time answering basic Questions.

Our room smelled like mold and very stuffy. I had an asthma attack because of it. One of the beds in the room was completely disgusting. The desk had to give us everything to replace bedding. The hotel also does not monitor parking so anyone can take up the parking spots and the guests that actually stay there have no where to park. We were instructed to just park anywhere u can find an opening and they wont call the tow truck. I suggest they give car passes with license platw numbers on them to prevent people parking in the lot and going to the club two doors down.

It's very close to the venue that we were attending. Easy access to and from downtown Charlotte, NC.

SO appreciate that we could leave our vehicle & you provided the shuttle to the airport!!! That is why we chose to stay there.

The hotel looked old as soon as you pulled up, the rooms were poorly updated inside. As I pulled up to the hotel there was a sign saying under new management.. Well they are doing a very poor of of running this hotel. The room I stayed in looked poorly updated with patchy walls of paint that did not match, the carpet is in poor condition and the bathroom are in very poor condition. They are fifthly with mold in the tub and the hair dryer that fell off the wall as I removed the dryer to do my hair. The breakfast was not very good and no protein available such as yogurt which was stated on the website that they would have.

That they still allow people to smoke inside rooms! The roaches in the rooms... and the strong smell of marijuana in the hall going to our room.

I was attracted by the on-line price. Who knew it was a dirty, run-down place? The check-in person was very nice.

I was attracted by the on-line price. Who knew it was a dirty, run-down place? The sidewalks were full of mud and stones which made wheeling in luggage a chore. Also, my friend had difficulty using her wheelchair over the debris. The beds looked like they had been slept in. Uncomfortable mattresses. Cob webs in room. Shuttle to airport was about 15 minutes late. We were promised bagged-up to go breakfasts which we never saw.

Run-down, debris including a sock in the stairwell, equipment in the exercise room does not work, no towels, no water in the exercise room, breakfast is primitive, no fruits, toaster broken, difficult to open the door of the microwave
