Location was ideal to get to all the places we wanted to go. The staff was extremely helpful in providing directions. Food service staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast choices were good and healthy. Shower bar and towel bar in room 305 were broken. The only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor. There was no security bar on the door in room 305. The Inn operator does not support the 2nd Amendment. I respect their choice, but I will spend my money at another hotel in the future.

Location It was my anniversary weekend so we drove to Kansas city mo it also was nascar weekend so all hotels was booked baymont was are only choice the room had a bad smell an it was hair everywhere I told the lady at the front desk all she did was grabbed the phone

Location & price Needed more towels - which we did receive upon request. The ice machine on our floor was not operational, but we got some on the next lower floor

Great value! Breakfast was unbelievable for a free buffet - had bisquits & gravy, eggs, waffles + the typicaly 'continental' breakfast items. Was impressed!
