Loved the price for a king with a jacuzzi in the room.
Breakfast was pretty boring, pool size was really small.
The staff were friendly and curteous. Breakfast was good. Pool and spa were clean. Also open 24 hours.
At first the room(102) seemed great until we started looking at the furniture. It was very ratty. Also we requested a non smoking room. It was smoked in. Very uncomfortable.
The gentleman that worked the desk at night was awesome. He helped us find a delivery pizza place.
Room features and excellent breakfast
Problem with in room heating system - kept the room too warm with lack of control
Very nice building / friendly staff / dedicated breakfast room with a good food selection / good room
Not the hotel's fault, but there were very few dinner options even several km from the hotel.
the room was clean and well appointed. the staff was nice and helpful. the breakfast was well done and generous.
the building was cheaply constructed in the beginning and starting to turn shabby. we heard every footstep and movement above us, the doors have lost their "printed on cardboard finish". the mirror is seperating from the wall.
The location to main street.
The beds where to soft. The breakfast needs improvement
Staff was very helpful. Directed us to a local demonstartion garden, wine tasting and a very good restaurant.
The room a/c was noisy
Someone ignored the no smoking rule and had apparently smoked in the first room I was given. When I asked for a different room, the woman at the front desk immediately apologized and upgraded me to a more expensive room at no cost, which was very nice. Great customer service!
I was most impressed with the man who checked me in on arrival, he went so far as to call me in the room to make sure it was satisfactory. That is great service!
The gap under the hotel room door is too large, and lets in too much light at night, so I just shoved a towel to close the gap.
It was convenient and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Amenities were good. Bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. With window closed I couldn't here outside road noise. All in all it's my pick for my overnight stay between OR and ID.
It's not listed on my GPS. Had to type in the Best Western across the street and then look around for the Baymont.
Since travelling by myself, I asked to be reassigned to a room above ground level. Even tho full, staff managed to move me to a room (guest had not checked in yet but was expected) on upper floor. I was so thankful.
NO ELEVATOR. FIRST FLOOR WAS IN THE BASEMENT. A WELL USED BUILDING IN NEED OF SOME UPKEEP. DESK HELP WAS FRIENDLY BUT COMPUTER CHALLENGED.
The staff (a Hispanic male) was very friendly and accomodating
Decent Wi-Fi service. Room was clean despite being somewhat outdated and shabby. Pool and spa were nice.
No elevator. Room was on the basement level and to haul suitcases up and down the stairs. Internet info promised fresh baked cookies and instead there were unripened oranges in a bowl. Room was cramped. No pictures on the wall. Breakfast was not very good. Staff kept bringing out fresh biscuits long after the gravy had run out. Coffee was undrinkable. Only sheet and light blanket on the beds. Not enough bedding . Housekeeping knocked on door at 9:30 am on day of checkout right after my husband and daughter left to go to the pool which I thought was unusual and somewhat suspicious.
staff were pleasant and friendly. Secure parking and easy access to freeway
Nothing that I can think of
Your Breakfast was very good!!! And the bed was very nice......
The view out my window...
Great staff, clean facility. Breakfast "OK"--but they opened it an hour early on Sunday at our request!
Requested ground floor room---didn't realize that we had to go DOWN a flight of stairs to get there. Probably room location, but wi-fi was S-L-O-W.
Continental breakfast was the usual but delish. Beds were confortable. The location is within reach of walmart, gas, and some food places.
The man at the front desk upon registration seemed like he was not interested in being genuinely courteous when i check in at least not with me, but with the person prior he seemed like he went above and beyond. When i tried to open one of the room curtains to let daylight in it did not open. Room was comfortable but needs a little work I'd give the room a 7 out of 10 appearance wise.
Being left alone, and not bothered on days I posted "do not disturb".
No elevator. Very difficult to haul up (and down) heavy luggage. Breakfast options need more fresh fruit and boiled eggs.
Location was perfect for us and our small pet was allowed (with a minimal charge). Staff very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Room clean and outside noise was minimal.
Room 319 could have been maintained a little better. All three lamps worked but all were electrical hazards. One was even held together with duct tape. Wood work around both mirrors (bath & hall) was totally pulled away from wall and when I went to turn the heat on to take the chill off during the early morning the heating/AC unit wouldn't have worked if I wanted it to because the cord was cut and I had nothing to plug in. When we checked out I gave this information to the clerk at the desk. Rm 319 had just been released from maintenance and they thought that the heating unit had been fixed. Not the case. Even if the unit had been fixed, the lamps and the woodwork are minimal cost. Replace the lamps to take away the electrical hazard and fix the woodwork. Those items made me feel that maintenance and upkeep is not a priority. Also sorry but even though the bed was comfortable the pillows were not! 3 out of 4 were so dense and had definitley seen better days.
friendly, knowledgable staff. quiet
tv's were not set up for more than basic cable.
The price was good.
