location was great. the ability to get a room for 4 adults was great. (1 king, 2 queens). This is hard to find. The staff was very friendly!
the jet bathtub was not appropriate for the room. It was a room for 4-6 adults, one bathroom so who would hog the bathroom to use it? Also, to get in and out of the shower was really difficult because of the jet tub. And the shower curtain was ineffective - swamped the bathroom really bad which made the floor very slick.
I only liked the breakfast
The rooms had cobwebs in them and at midnight I had to change rooms and in the other room it also had cobwebs and trash was still in the trash can and when I asked to talk to the manager he never got back to me and his staff was rude went down the way and had a better stay
Very clean and comfortable
The people in the next room were up all night with tv blaring!
My first stay the staff were great, the room up front was very clean.
My second stay the young gal was rude and snippy, put me at the end where there's a burned out rv and garbage all over the parking area. The "security" door didnt work properly so the doors were open every time i went outside. Bathroom light fixture had no cover so I could see all the dirt. Gross.
Very pleased with hotel & felt it was a good value.
The beads where comfortable... good night's sleep...
Bed Granite counters Staff Breakfast we decent, at least there were hot food choices
Bathroom-not bad, just dated. Fan was extremely noisy and dirty. Parking area could use some clean up
Hotel is well situated with a beautiful view. Room was clean and comfortable, but did need some maintenance (carpets worn/dirty, windows dirty, crown molding mismatched, etc) Overall, a great place to stay convenient to Bremerton and Silverdale areas. No traffic noise. Check-in easy and staff friendly. Common areas beautiful. Business Center convenient and available. Breakfast was wonderful with a generous array of food choices - hot foods were hot; cold foods were kept cold. Breakfast eating area lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
No fault of the hotel: noisy next-door neighbors; loud voices, laughter until late at night and early morning door-slamming.
Yummy breakfast, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, nice view.
We loved Deck with view Large comfortable bed New flat screen television
Toilet wobbled No extra toilet paper
Have already recommended The Baymont to other people. Friendly, quiet, clean and a yummy breakfast!
Did not dislike a thing!
the breakfast and especially the spacious eating area
there was no screen for the sliding door, it was warm and the room was heavy with deodorant.
Great breakfast...good for one nt
Beds are old and tired...one ice machine for whole building..vending machines are from outside vendor...eat my money and staff ciuldnt help.. uggggg
Comfort of couch & desk chair in sitting area as well as the comfortable bed.
Fan coming on whenever bathroom light is turned on.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable
This is a nice enough property with clean rooms, good breakfast, nice facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
If you've got a car and you're just touring the Kitsap Peninsula, it's worth the money. But if you have business in Bremerton, at PSNS, Port Orchard or Seattle, do not stay here. It looks deceptively close on the map, but it's 5 miles from base/ferry terminal. And it's ridiculously long, so if your room is at the far end and your key doesn't work, as happened to me, you're in for a hike back to the desk. It was really inconvenient for the business traveler.
Breakfast was excellent.
Fitness room was a little small, with only one of each piece of equipment, but had several to choose from.
Nice room, comfortable, curtains blocked out sun, AC in room. Free WiFi, great breakfast, very nice staff, very easy to find, beautiful lobby, nice variety of necessities, was able to fax a document needed for work
Faces Hiway, toilet didn't want to flush well
The breakfast was good
There was a horrible smell throughout the facility
Nice breakfast included with sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, toast, biscuits and gravy. Rooms are upgraded.
No Exhaust Fan in bathroom
The Koi pond.
Our room was far away from the front desk and continental breakfast.
The only complaint is the room we were in had stained carpet and so was the chair.
... I've seen so far in BC for that price! Very quiet. Rooms are no rooms but real appartements with everything you need and even more. Beautifull view from your private balcony to the mountains. Squamish is a great place!
That I had to move on with my trip to Banff and couldn't stay longer ... :-/
Hugh hotel, few guests. Breakfast. Staff were accommodation but had no idea of the history of the hotel. Visions of what the hotel could be, with large open areas, and incredible use of beautiful marble walls and columns.
Noise from the I5. Hugh hotel with very few guests. Several floors of long corridors with no one staying. The pool is scheduled to be demolished so is closed. Strange model of a mountain in the entrance!
I am disabled. wrote than in the request. we were on 3rd floor. to get to room we had to walk block one way and then back another because of the room location. i would like the hotel we stay at consider that i am disabled.
