Area was nice.Breakfest good.
Rooms need to be updated.
Breakfast was below average in comparison too similar hotels at this rate. Otherwise stay was good.
the pool needs work
Nearly everything. Great breakfast (although coffee weak), nice clean pool,
Room keys were very glitchy.
The front desk staff, David and Evan, were awesome! They made us feel very welcome.
I was moving from Colorado to North Carolina. Nashville was my last stop before arriving at my destination. I think the location is great -- I am a single woman, and I felt very comfortable staying here by myself. I walked across the street to the Chili's in the evening and to the Starbucks in the morning. There is also a greek restaurant, but I was too late -- they close at 9pm. I like being able to walk to grab a drink and some food after a long day of traveling.
Comfy room, clean, quite, plenty of parking
A 15 min drive to downtown, but there is plenty of parking in downtown at a reasonable cost. The wifi was slow when it worked and often dropped out.
Loved the staff and how friendly and accommodating they were.
The first room I had in 3 days had a malfunctioning toilet, so the staff upgraded me to a suite and I was happy. That room was very noisy - I honestly thought there was an earthquake occurring when the people upstairs were walking across the floor (and who knows what else). The staff gladly moved me to a new room the next day and it was fine. I don't think the place was built very well and needed some updating in décor. the only reason I would return there was because he staff was so helpful and nice.
bed was comfortable and the shower was good. looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep on our way home from FLA vacation and this fit the bill.
the breakfast could have been a little better but it was adequate. Not enough seating.
Would like two queen size beds instead 2 doubles.
Very clean. New look and feel. Exceptional value. 24/7 coffee. Good parking. Near Radnor Lake. Restaurants nearby.
Elevator was a little tired.
The staff was very friendly. The location was great. Was very easy to get to all points of Nashville with in 20 min. Beds were comfortable and great water pressure.
I wanted to use the gym each day I was there, but only the elliptical machine worked. I will add all they had were treadmill, bike and elliptical.
The staff was very nice.
My door to the room was open when I arrived. It was VERY difficult to close and open. I had to slam by body against it each time I had to close the door or open it to enter the room. No security lock, it was torn off the door. No, I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Very convenient Price right Great breakfast Friendly staff Clean and quiet room
Air conditioner difficult to regulate
Overall stay was pretty good.
Breakfast items ran out quickly and not replenished very fast. Not enough seating for guests at breakfast.
Carpets in hallways needed to be cleaned.
Breakfast at 930 was pretty much no existent
Loved the convenience of places to eat around the hotel....the hotel itself is excellent!
Pretty quick cab ride to CMA Fest, nice clean room. Friendly staff.
I felt it was over priced for a below average room. It needs a major update. One of the worst rooms Ive been in.
it was not in nashville, street's in brentwood are a bit wierd, need a gps to find the place.
couldn"t stay connected to wifi. tv remote didn't work.
Staff very friendly
Breakfast was so, so.
We liked the location near to Nashville without the high lodging costs of Nashville. The hotel is in a clean, quiet and new office district with lots of parking lots to do the morning excercise walk. The breakfast was good even if the eggs, sausages and potatoes came out of a bag. But a waffle maker is always a plus for us. The rooms were clean and the windows actually opened to get some fresh air in. Where do you get that anymore? Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room.
Would have liked to have some fruits besides apples on the breakfast bar and the coffee could have been a bit sronger. The carpet in the room looked quite used.
