Dirty, noisi, small. Expensive compared to others with the same rate

The location was perfect and the front desk person that checked us in was very nice and helpful. But...The only part we enjoyed about this stay was the powerful shower head. See below for details.

While Ramada Convention Center is in an excellent location...the facility itself is very run down. I would not stay there again, and I frequent Orlando as I live in Florida. The rooms are so small, we couldn't maneuver around the big desk chair they have crammed in there - maybe the desk was too big (?). So, that had to be moved just so we could walk around. The rugs were "sticky" feeling and the only electrical outlet in the room had a power strip in it with everything plugged into it!!! (Fire hazard???) The old tv, dorm sized refrigerator, mini microwave, and cable box all plugged into this one power strip. The front desk lady that checked us out was not very attentive to me. She was allowing herself to be pulled away to talk to other people and to help a delivery man put boxes into a crowded hallway. It was very annoying to stand there and watch/wait for her attention to be turned back to me---the paying customer!!

dirty corridors in need of painting. bathroom basin in main room not bathroom. broken bed. cheap solid pillows. badly fitting curtains.

Stayed at 3 different hotels on our Florida trip, to Include Orlando, Ft Myers an Melbourne, this was the by far the dirtiest one, carpet looked dirty, paint in room chipped etc etc, me an my wife even checked out early an arrived In Ft Myers about 1230am had to pay full price for the early check in but was WELL worth it,, we are not picky by no means just simple comfort, will not stay at Ramada again

The only highlights for this hotel are the staff and breakfast.

Rooms were small and dated. TV's are old with very limited channel selection. Internet service was hit and miss.

Excellent! Good value for price. Employees very friendly and good free wifi. Breakfast really simple, but good quality.

It was convenient to the convention center and it was affordable.

Hotel is a little bit dated and could be cleaner.

Hotel not in good repair. Toilet leaked, all of the ice machines broken, Given a room next to the elevator.

I liked how they were reasonably priced, the distance from local attractions wasn't that farof a drive, and how friendly the staff was.

I didn't like how there wasn't much to choose from for breakfast and how we had to keep the air conditioning on the whole time.

I booked two bed rooms two weeks in advance, I did not have the rooms as booked, instead I got one king bedroom and they provided me with a stroll, I slept badly there, my brother in the other room got it for smokers, and we set non smoking at the time we booked. Bad service.

The rooms was great . Breakfast so good . Great services of cleanliness of our room. It was a great stay there.

The service of ice because it's so far away of the room. Some of . The time to take the breakfast since 7am until 10am instead of 10/30am. The rest is Okay !
