Complimentary breakfast was excellent, manager friendly, good location

It needs a refurb. Our room was not serviced after first night and we had to ask for it to be serviced after our second night. Very good value for money.

O respeito pela privacidade do hóspede

Considero importante que os funcionários do hotel falem o idioma inglês de forma mais clara e devagar ( o idioma formal ) com os hóspedes de lingua não inglesa. O inglês que aprendemos nas escolas e nos cursos não nos permitem o entendimento da linguagem rápida e coloquial. Ou seja, é preciso que os funcionários se façam entender em lingua inglesa.
