Staff was friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay if your going to the Greensboro collisum. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will stay here again.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was like they said.
The location to Greensboro Colosseum was great. I was down in Greensboro for a college graduation.
The place is dated. The heating/cooling system didn't work, it was either to hot or to cold.
Great price, clean, safe, and breakfast was excellent.
Older facility so the building layout is stretched, and it has an "older building" feel.
The noise the heat/cool unit would make at different times of the night. Also loud talking from outside of our room in the parking, and from a room above us. This was going on at 4:15am until approx.4:50am The room also had a dry air atmosphere.
The price ease of check in and free breakfast were all on point for the price
The hotel was good for the money, nice staff. the breakfast was not bad.
Fitness room was tiny and hot.
Located in a cluster of other hotels and restaurants, easy access off the freeway. Good price for what you get.
Read the other recent reviews and thought it was a good gamble. Small details not seen or mentioned made the difference. Arrived 8pm after being on the road for 9 hours. No one at the counter. Young fellow appears from a back room with half his shirt tucked in like he just put on his pants. Greats me with "can I help you" but with the feeling of "you are bothering me". No "Hi" or "Welcome". Parking lot is empty, puts me on the second floor at the end of the building (350ft in a 430ft hallway). Come to find out the place has no elevator and I am older with knee problems and 4 pieces of luggage / equipment. For the free breakfast it is as they say "continental" (breads and cereals). Said hello - good morning to the lady working the room. No response. Her friend was sitting in the room and she was rambling out loud about her personal life from across the room. She even turned the TV up once as she was louder than the TV. I couldn't hear the TV with her loud conversation. She was non-stop the whole time I was in there. Hotel is a wood construction. The floors make noise when you walk on them in the room and hallway. Staff at the counter always had ear buds in or were texting someone. They seem to need something to do or adult supervision. Not a bad room or stay, just think I would spend the extra $15 and stay at one of the other places across the street next time.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the amenities were great for the price paid. I would definitely stay there again.
Noisy, obnoxious college kids running up and down the hallway at 3:00am.
Conveniently located; great price, well-lit parking lot; halls could use a bit updating
Halls were outdated-wall paper/carpeting seemed outdated.
The location was very good for concert that we attended at the coliseum. Shopping and dining close by. One of the best services was the shuttle to and from the hotel by Mike!
Very dated, peeling wall paper, very funky smell. Mold, water stains,Vending machines only took dollar bills with no where to get change. And still cant figure out the wavy hallway. Oh and the 1/2 pillows on bed were hilarious.
the room was fine, no real complaints good stay cheap price
The hallways were a little smokey
Staff, bed was broken head was at least 10 inches lower than foot, what appeared to be dried blood found on sheets. When leaving asked to see manager none was there. Will never stay in this type hotel again!!!!
Everything was good
The surroundings, comfort and decoration of room, breakfast, friendliness of staff
Nothing was bad
breakfast was good
- Smell all over hotel very bad - No elevator
Gavin the front desk attendant was 100% professional, helpful. He was the best thing about this place.
Dark, dingy, poor to no insulation for noise. Shower nozzle put out two little squirts of water. I had a reservation for 3 nights but moved after 1. The place just made me depressed.
The layout of the room.
Hallways were to dark
The staff went above and beyond to care for my elderly father and even let us do a late checkout at no additional charge.
Great price and decent room
Hallways smelled like smoke
The staff and location were tops in regards to our stay. The WiFi was consistent and fast enough. Pretty good breakfast selections for 3 star motel/hotel.
The floors squeak loudly. We stayed on second floor and the room's floors squeaked nearly everywhere we walked. I just hope that the room below was not bothered by it. But not a deal killer to possibly stay again.
The staff was excellent from check in to check out. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast could have had more of a variety but the lady who was cooking was super sweet and helpful. It was extremely quiet on our floor (second floor). We didn't even realize there were other people on our floor until check out.
I wish it had elevators but we were close to the stairs and there weren't many of them which is great being that we had a small child with us.
Quietness and friendliness
The entry doors and hallways had a smell. The rooms did too at first.
Staff was helpful and friendly -- very professional. Continental breakfast offerings were fine. Room was quite large.
The odor in the room was overwhelming. Musty with an overlay of cleaning fluid. Perhaps this was a smoking room in a past life. Or perhaps the humidity in summer creates the dank smell. The rooms seem older than the facade of the building. So perhaps it's just age.
