the staff were very nice. always, there are smiling faces. the room is spacious, clean and equipped with all necessary things to stay comfortable. lights switch access is not provided on the bed. 1- the position of the disk and chair is placed on front of the ac, which makes the setting is not comfortable. 2- also, the ac does not have adjustable wings at the air outlet. 3- the breakfast area is very small.

Room was spacious and clean with lots of fresh towels. The air conditioner was turned off when I first got in there so it took a couple of hours to get the room just the right temperature.

Airport shuttle service. Friendly staff. Breakfast was lacking. No milk. No orange nor apple juice. The additional State, County, and City taxes made my stay more expensive than planned. Will go somewhere else next time.

Close to the airport The website said free shuttle but did not disclose it was not available 12am-4am. We called at 12:04am for a ride then had to take a 15 usd cab ride. The guy working front desk did not have customer service skills. No how are you or how was your stay just pay here is your key and that is it, not even a thank-you when checking out.

The room was clean and spacious. Access to the Interstate was easy when I left. The continental breakfast was very acceptable. When I checked in, the desk clerk was effecient at processing the paperwork but she did not go out of her way to offer a welcome or even a smile!! Maybe she was having a bad day but it should not be passed on to your customers!
