Convenient to AC.Breakfast
Place is in bad shape. Windows duck taped. Big draft blowing through. Rugs nasty. Lobby area shabby, Front entrance littered with cigarette butts,
The rooms were clean
I would have liked the single bed king size bed
I love the contenintal breakfast. The morning manager was awesome!
I didn't like that the ice machine was broken on my floor (3rd floor) and the soda machine was sold out. The 2nd floor ice machine was unplugged. The phone in my room did not work. So I had to call the from desk o From my cell phone to ask if someone could bring me some ice. I was told that there wasn't anyone one there who come bring me ice and he couldn't leave the front desk, but I was welcome to come to the lobby and get ice myself. I had small children asleep in the room. When I expressed this he just said sorry. The guy from the Ukraine needs a lesson in how to speak to people because suggesting I leave my young kids in the room to go to the casinos was inappropriate and out of line.
Proximity to AC. It was a straight shot down Black Horse Pike into AC. Nice view from the breakfast area.
Breakfast area was packed and dirty. The one employee was working hard to keep up, but it was packed!
Friendly staff. The room was smoke free and clean. They had coffee provided through the day.
It was close to the Atlantic City Airport
Bed linens looked dirty so we slept on top of them. When we arrived there wasn't anyone at the front desk. We kept ringing the bell and still nothing. I found a door and knocked. The clerk opened the door and was eating. He asked us to wait until he finished. I would say if u need a place to stay close to the airport then ok, otherwise I would not refer anyone to go here
Staff was great.. location... price is perfect...
Windows need blackout curtains...too bright
Louis, at the front desk, was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and in authorizing an extension for a late check out following my participation in the AC Half Marathon. We will definitely recommend this site to others based on Louis' warm and welcoming personality.
The breakfast had a lot of options and I liked it each day that I was there. The bill was done automatically on the last day. No waiting in line at check-out.
Every thing was OK.
The front desk attendant was horrible. Reservation was inaccurate and the guy did absolute nothing to try and resolve it. He became argumentative with me and I told him he was the absolute worse.
Or stay at the comfort inn works good. The staff member was excellent as well as the people who provide us breakfast the following morning. But it's appear to be a little small even though they were supposed to be cream source. Overall the accommodations was good.
The only thing I did not like was the smell in the hallway. There was a strange odor along the fifth floor hallway. Luckily, the odor did not seep into the room.
Loved the breakfast and the bed was super comfortable
Beach and view
Beds were kinda old room needed a good up date
Location is relatively close to the Casino ...driving by car. You don't have to pay the exuberant prices others charge around the Casinos.
The breakfast area is relatively small and on Sunday morning (their busiest day of the week) there is a large crowd for the continental breakfast; takes fair amount of time waiting on lines.
The location was excellent. The private beach was a plus. Breakfast was ok. Very comfortable and clean. Rooms were very nice.
TV was too small. Elevators took too long.
The hotel could use a little tender love re: cleaning
While was the room was quiet, it certainly could have used a touch up. The bathroom had water damage in the ceiling. The walls had black marks and scrapes. The elevators were very slow. The public restrooms were a mess. The price for one night was $120.00 more than the rate was for another night. Outrageous. I showed my AAA card for a hopeful additional discount and it was ignored. I did not find this hotel super friendly.
As I checked out on 9/1/14, driving home, I realized I forgot my medical bag which contains insulin. I had to call twice to see if they found it and finally it was found. I did receive an apology about having to call twice. However, they had to CHARGE my credit card to ship it back and it was could not be overnighted, even though they knew it was important that I needed this. I realize this is my responsibility to not forget such important things, but mistakes happen. You would think with the price I paid for this hotel, they would have been a little more accommodating. I am very disappointed in the service of this hotel. Seriously.
I love the location which provided the luxury of a private beach and sitting area to enjoy the water. For those who like to be daring there was wind sailing. The room was top notch. I loved everything about it and my sleep was so sweet! Ah man! I thought that "free breakfast" would be a bagel, danish and coffee, it wasn't it was the best breakfast that I had in a while. Lot's of choices to choose from. My family has decided that this will be our lodging place when we go to Atlantic City!
nice and quiet place bay side beach(little fishy though)
The room can not be beat for the price. You get access to a private beach, free breakfast, and comfortable rooms. Paid a little extra for the king room with a view but it was worth it.
Location: only a couple kilometers from the Atlantic City and the boardwalk, situated near a picturesque bay. The room was made up every day, everything was clean. There is breakfast: not very various, but you can choose something to your liking.
Everything was OK
at the sea, quiet
Price, location and cute private beach area
no pool, gym could have been better
