Location was close to Cowboys stadium
Someone pulled the alarm and woke everyone up at 330am! Room was musty and smelled like a fraternity house
If your looking for great location with poor service and an uncomfortable sleep this is the hotel for you.
The hotel was very close to Ranger Stadium
The air conditioner did not work properly. It would not get cold. The front desk told us they were all like that. The hotel was old and the pool was green. We got what we paid for ... very little.
Everything about it the rooms ,service, and the staff i would definant recomend someone to this one
I have nothing bad to say about it i love it coming back again to stay
very good price for hotel close to AT&T stadium. Breakfast was good and plenty available. Easy parking with access to door close to room.
carpet was old and patch work was bad! needed some updates, would have appeared cleaner if fresh paint and updates were made.
Very easy access to six flags
My feet turned black cause the carpets were so dirty! Yuck! Nothing much hot for breakfast. Mostly pastries and bagels, yogurt and so on.
close to six flags and restaurants. Price about $50 a night but you obviously get what you pay for.
Pool was very dirty - no clear, hair floating around in in pool, gets snagged on my fingers (gross!) unhealthy Aircon did not work - very hot at night to sleep -kids did not sleep well because of it. No hot water after 7am Front desk was not friendly - except the one guy that checked us in. Seemed like he liked his job while others did not want to be there Took stairs b/c elevator way too slow for small hotel. Stairwell smells of urine. Doors/walls in room not regularly wiped down People set out food trays outside there rooms at night...still there in the AM. Room clerks - language barrier. Carpet needs replacing really bad -- very dirty My son woke up one morning with bits on his legs -- what the hell was that? bed bugs? had to give him Benadryl - very bad puffy bites about the size of quarters!! and when scratch the center bleeds so it was bites of some kind I really like the price. for a 2 queen room and free breakfast was not bad but for all of the reasons above, I would need to pay a little more to ensure my family has a healthy place to stay. Please check the pool and for bed bugs if you do nothing else!!!
The carpet was nasty. The walls in the bathrooms have not been cleaned. There was dust bunnies in the closet and against the walls. One of the walls had cracks in it and if you pushed on it a little bit it was soft and mushy. The guy at the front desk told us that the trolley would take us to the ball park so we were looking for the actual trolley and it turned out to be an actual bus so we did not get to ride the trolley to the stadium. We will never stay there again!
We had a blast staying at this hotel. Kids had a good time swimming & there were places to eat in walking distance. The price is oh so nice for our budget.
At 1am some yahoo on the floor above us pulled the fire alarm. The whole hotel had to go wait outside while the fire department checked it out. Kinda freaked the kids out at first but seeing the trucks & firemen made it all better. Just one of them things but the staff was great about it.
Was close to six flags.
Seemed like everything was broken. Door knobs. Locks. Shower head. Light switches. Lamp. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Some idiot pulled the fire alarm at 1am as well.
Location-but there are several other hotels to choose from in the same area.
The carpets were disgusting. After finding my feet sticking I put my shoes back on. First room had dirty towels hanging on back of door. Second room had mold in the tub. Dirty towels in elevator for two days-even after maids rode in elevator! Front desk clerk badly needed a bath. Cops showed up to discuss an argument a man was having with his girlfriend. Scary place to be. I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend this dump. Breakfast had almost nothing and juice cups were tiny.
Easy access to six flags and highways
There was cereal on the floor that hadn't been vacuumed from prior guests.
Nothing! It was gross!
EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS! Nasty the rooms gross wifi didn't work... The elevator didn't work. Called cops on someone tweaking in the parking lot!!!!
Friendly front desk man
Smells like cigarette smoke the moment you walked in.
A chill place lol
I dont even know..
Walking distance of sixflags and several restaurants
Room needed a little work.bathroom door was hard to open and safety latch fell off when we opened door when we arrived.
The location was good and the front desk service was very good.I was a little afraid before I checked in because I read some of the reviews and almost cancelled the reservation.well I am I didn't it was a nice stay at your place in Arlington tx.
Well the towels are old and rough faucets show the age.
location, staff, cleanliness refrigerator, microwave , great shower and extremely comfortable bed.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, location is close to Six Flags (walking distance) however – rooms are pretty dirty and outdated. On the surface it’s not the worst place I’ve stayed but if you look around just a little you’ll see some pretty grimy things that should be cleaned. But, it’s decent enough if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.
Beware of their “shuttle service” or allowing them to arrange “taxi service” – this is a rip-off. Arriving at the airport I called my own taxi, $32 (and he even started the meter well before leaving the airport because he couldn’t figure out how to work his GPS . . .), the front desk at the hotel told me they would arrange taxi service for my return to the airport saying they get a “better deal” for their guests from a local taxi service. This was NOT a licensed taxi, just a person in an SUV without a meter that charged me $45 to ride from the hotel to the airport. Call your own transportation, you’ll definitely save money.
We arrived a little early and were allowed to check into our room. The staff was friendly and the location was very easy to access.
No refrigerator or microwave
Hotel is very worn . Needs up dating. New carpet plumbing etc. bath facility was very poor & did not drain .
Was close to everything we wanted to do while there. Staff was great. Hotel clean and nice.
Need more washer and dryers
Beds were comfortable enough. Nice staff Free shuttle to Rangers game
Carpets were spotted and needed to be replaced. Bad smell in room Bathrooms didn't look very clean Needs updating !
