good location friendly staff
bathroom too small air conditioner didn't work well
breakfast staff management pool
the room wall looked like a drug addict got happy with the needle blood splatter. All over the walls
location, staff, free breakfast, cleanliness of rooms
Hallways smelled of smoke
Room was clean. Close to Cowboys Stadium
WiFi wasn't working. Staff was not very helpful, check-in process was slow, no info in room about restaurants/entertainment in the area.
Cost of the rooms we booked was wonderful. We also booked at room for my inlaws d/t monster storms with 90mph winds causing damage to our home and power outage.
Right off the elevator on 3rd floor air is heavy and smells horribly of cig smoke. The room seemed nice. However if was filthy. Carpets, furniture, urine on BR floor. Dead roaches, room hadn't been dusted in weeks (easily) worst: beside microwave was a syringe w/needle and marijuana (unused). My inlaws had NO shower curtain. Wifi didn't work. We made the best of it
The front desk clerk was polite and accommodating.
When I unlocked my room door the first thing I saw was a roach crawling on the inside door latch. I immediately returned to the front desk and canceled my reservation. Very disappointing and disgusting experience.
We had reserved for a non smoking room but got a smoking and all the rooms were booked already... The hallways smell like nothing but smoke!!
Price was fair
Poor lighting could be more clean especially in the rooms
Close to AT&T Cowboys stadium. Has shuttle to stadium, but they now charge for it. Good breakfast. Bed slept well. Walk across parking lot to Humperdink's restaurant. Allowed early check in.
We booked 3 rms; 1 fridge made noises all night, 1 fridge didn't cool, 1 rm had no fridge or microwave but charged same price. They now charge for shuttle to stadiums. Needs updating but fairly clean. Some room clocks didn't work.
You have to balance de breakfast . Change cereal n bread. N serve eggs n sausages .
workers were very social n there location too was good for me
The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The price was good.
It was outdated. The carpet needs cleaning and repair. Smoking and non-smoking are mixed on all floors.
the bed was so comfortable and I slept good.
Our room smelled like pee.
Location of hotel
Fire alarm went off 3am, evacuated,no explanation, went back in after an hour , no discount? Called to make reservations they said they had complimentary shuttle to near by games, when I arrived they said just noon game, other then that $25 per person. Hotel room had holes in sheets, shower head was leaking towards wall, had a power outlet with no cover
Location was close to Cowboys stadium
Someone pulled the alarm and woke everyone up at 330am! Room was musty and smelled like a fraternity house
the room had bed bugs. And my bed was soaking wet. And we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. and the general manager Pete is so rude!!!! never will stay their again.
Close to stadium & restaurants
Paying so much for this stay, almost $100 more. I also didn't like paying for the "free shuttle service" to the game
If your looking for great location with poor service and an uncomfortable sleep this is the hotel for you.
The hotel was very close to Ranger Stadium
The air conditioner did not work properly. It would not get cold. The front desk told us they were all like that. The hotel was old and the pool was green. We got what we paid for ... very little.
Everything about it the rooms ,service, and the staff i would definant recomend someone to this one
I have nothing bad to say about it i love it coming back again to stay
very good price for hotel close to AT&T stadium. Breakfast was good and plenty available. Easy parking with access to door close to room.
carpet was old and patch work was bad! needed some updates, would have appeared cleaner if fresh paint and updates were made.
Very easy access to six flags
My feet turned black cause the carpets were so dirty! Yuck! Nothing much hot for breakfast. Mostly pastries and bagels, yogurt and so on.
close to six flags and restaurants. Price about $50 a night but you obviously get what you pay for.
Pool was very dirty - no clear, hair floating around in in pool, gets snagged on my fingers (gross!) unhealthy Aircon did not work - very hot at night to sleep -kids did not sleep well because of it. No hot water after 7am Front desk was not friendly - except the one guy that checked us in. Seemed like he liked his job while others did not want to be there Took stairs b/c elevator way too slow for small hotel. Stairwell smells of urine. Doors/walls in room not regularly wiped down People set out food trays outside there rooms at night...still there in the AM. Room clerks - language barrier. Carpet needs replacing really bad -- very dirty My son woke up one morning with bits on his legs -- what the hell was that? bed bugs? had to give him Benadryl - very bad puffy bites about the size of quarters!! and when scratch the center bleeds so it was bites of some kind I really like the price. for a 2 queen room and free breakfast was not bad but for all of the reasons above, I would need to pay a little more to ensure my family has a healthy place to stay. Please check the pool and for bed bugs if you do nothing else!!!
The carpet was nasty. The walls in the bathrooms have not been cleaned. There was dust bunnies in the closet and against the walls. One of the walls had cracks in it and if you pushed on it a little bit it was soft and mushy. The guy at the front desk told us that the trolley would take us to the ball park so we were looking for the actual trolley and it turned out to be an actual bus so we did not get to ride the trolley to the stadium. We will never stay there again!
We had a blast staying at this hotel. Kids had a good time swimming & there were places to eat in walking distance. The price is oh so nice for our budget.
At 1am some yahoo on the floor above us pulled the fire alarm. The whole hotel had to go wait outside while the fire department checked it out. Kinda freaked the kids out at first but seeing the trucks & firemen made it all better. Just one of them things but the staff was great about it.
Was close to six flags.
Seemed like everything was broken. Door knobs. Locks. Shower head. Light switches. Lamp. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Some idiot pulled the fire alarm at 1am as well.
