The owner was very friendly abd pleasant. Location near all major attractions. Room did not have a foul odor. I,would definitely stay again.

It's at a perfect location, 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the local grocery store/food, and right off the highway. The owner was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, a little old but clean.

You get what you pay for. It wasn't a gross hotel, but it wasn't luxurious. Also, the in room thermostat didn't work. But there was a space heater to use instead.

It is in a terrible part of town (I was an 18 year resident but wasn't familiar with this facility). The room was too small, windows would not open, air conditioner was very loud, and quite frankly, we left after 15 minutes (after paying the $98.98) and didn't even stay there.

It is an inn easy to find and parking.

Room and equipments are too simple. I don't know why it gets so good score. I think 6 may be a more reasonable score.

Just a fantastic value for money. Very clean. Beds were good--no backache when I woke up! Convenient. Bring your own food and use the in-room microwave and refrigerator!

Heating system did not work. No extra blankets.

The man at the hotel was super helpful in giving directions and helped me often during the three nights I stayed there. The location was great - very easy to get to all the sights, beach, airport etc. The muffins were delicious.

Room was way too small. Had hard time getting the tv to work. There was no space in the bathroom for our brushes and toothpaste, There was only one chair. I should have paid the extra money for a better place.

I was cold and could not figure out how to turn on the heater.

Check-in was easy. Gentleman at the front desk (owner?) was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in 2.5 hours early. Was good with answering questions.

Walls were too thin. Could hear leisure conversations happening next door. Shower head wasn't clean

The manager Neal is excellent. He helped with some very good local dining options. Room decor a little old fashioned, but very clean.

Location is a little bit far from downtown, but ok since I had a car to drive.

It was good value for our money. The room was clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was included which was good considering the low price.

The room was freezing during the night. We had a heater of a rather insufficient capacity that also made a terrible noise when activated.

Decent price and the staff is very helpful. Although it was one of the lowest prices, it should have been cheaper for what it was.

Old and run down. Very small. Bath room is tiny. No insulation so it can get very cold. Heater didn't work so luckily the staff bright a small heater fan.

Easy check in and out process. Room was perfectly clean and, unexpectedly, had an additional sofa and desk. This allowed my boyfriend to stay in and work in the hotel room while I went out scuba diving for a few days. Close enough to walk to a few restaurants, and a short drive to the ocean front! Cheap for the price! Breakfast was provided, though it wasn't much. Also everyone is on the ground floor which meant no one pounding on the ceiling above you - very nice!

This is a budget accommodation. Don't stay here if you are thinking luxury, or even nice hotel - it is really just a motel. But it was perfectly clean and comfortable and even provided a few snacks and coffee in the morning! A little too far from any of the main sites to walk, unless youre an intrepid walker. But its a quick car ride away!
