When I booked my reservation for 4 people, the rate that was quoted was for only 2 people. They added $10 on a night for each additional person.

Hotel is in a good location convenient to the Harbor and an easy walk to the Gas Lamp District. Parking was available but difficult for large vehicles.

The bed, sheets, & pillows were very comfortable and we slept very well. This was spring break for our grandson. The location was excellent for the San Diego Zoo, USS Midway (10 yr. old grandson really liked it), and waterfront. The complimentary breakfast was very convenient as we could start our day without 1st having to go out and locate a restaurant. Thank you.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was huge, the pool area was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The hotel offers a computer to print up airline boarding passes, as well as free shuttle service to the airport. The food at the attached restaurant was good and came in large, filling portions. The breakfast buffet offers many choices.

The price was a bit high.

Friendly, helpful staff. Cruise port shuttle worked like a dream. Good location for shopping and metro trans system.

Loud, echo in hallway could be a little disturbing depending on the other guests. Airport shuttle does not run before 7 am.

Just the location

The hotel was a little bit old and noisy because of the downtown so I couldn't sleep well at night.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing!

the staff was extremely competent and very friendly.the whole operation was exceptionally organized.

The location was perfect for walking around downtown San Diego. Also appreciated the free shuttle from Amtrak and to the airport. Free breakfast and convenient place to pick up dinner if you didn't want to go out.

Outdoor pool and spa. Would be nicer if you could cover the area so it's a little warmer & not open to rain & weather. Most of staff didn't speak English really well. Beds could have been a little more plush.

This hotel was fantastic, very comfortable beds and also walking distance to pretty much everywere in the mian part of san diego, eg gas lamp , little italy, I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again it was fantastic and not expensive

I was thrilled with our stay. We had stayed here before, many years ago, but it has been upgraded and we will stay here again. This was a MUCH nicer stay for the amount of $ than many other downtown SD hotel rooms.

Shower was inconsistent, randomly hot and cold, carpet needed cleaning

Comfortable beds, good housekeeping, very large room, large fridge and a microwave

no access to food/beverages after 9:00 pm on weekdays; after 10:30 am on weekends. The lounge/restaurant were very non-descript and uninviting, notwithstanding the terrible hours.
