It has everything you need: kitchen with furniture, aircon and it is two minutes walking far from the beach. Staff has been wonderful.

Très bien situé,quelques pas de la mer.Cour intérieure bien aménagée.J'aurais réservée un mois l'an prochain s'il n'y avait pas un problème de stationnement. 8 unités et 6 places de stationnements.Les derniers arrivés stationnent dans la rue et il n'y a pas de place.Il faut attendre le départ d'un résident pr avoir notre stationnement.

L'accueil chaleureux et le service irréprochable d'Isabel la nouvelle propriétaire m'a conquis. Elle était facilement rejoignable en tout temps car il n'y a pas d'office sur place. L'endroit est propre et très bien situé. Des chaises et un parasol sont disponibles. Le stationnement peut créer des problèmes car il y en a moins que le nombre de chambres mais nous n'avons pas eu à nous stationner dans la rue. L'internet fonctionnait bien. Tout près de la Boardwalk, on est rendu à la mer en quelques instants. Je suis complètement satisfaite et souhaite bien revenir l'an prochain. Il n'y a pas de poste de TV francophone mais il semble qu'il y en aura bientôt. Par contre avec l'internet on peut se débrouiller. La musique du Tiki Bar pourrait déranger certains mais ça se termine assez tôt.

It was very near Johnson street and we were there for 4th of July fireworks display. Very satisfied Noise form outside penetrated walls... Was pretty noisey

Location, Location, Location!!! Not far from Miami, right next to Hollywood beach, and cheap compared to Miami hotels during WMC/MMW! Also, it comes with a sink, fridge, stove, microwave, and dishes! Would have been an excellent place to go with a group of friends to party. Parking-there wasn't much parking so if you don't get back to the hotel until almost 3:30am you might not get any. Also, the room I stayed in was two twin beds that were terribly uncomfortable. Unless you like stiff beds, don't get the two twin room. Can't speak for the other beds. I do enjoy beds more of the soft side and these were just too firm. Other people may like firm beds.
