Beach Place Hotel  

It's a very clean pleace, with nice and helpful staff and located in front of a very quiet natural beach. They clean the room and provide coffe daily. Good hotel.

It's far from city centre (South Beach and Miami) but there's a bus stop just in front of the hotel and buses are running constantely. ADVICE: remember, if you're not from USA you will need an adaptor to charge your electronic devices!

Easy accessible and a room that was perfect for our purpose - shopping! Also really close to the beach and a nice park.

Not close to any restaurant, need to use car or other form of transportation.

I liked that it is so close to the beach,around five min acros the park. The north beach is much quite. The ocean is great. Even children can swim there. It is clean. Staff at hotel was also nice, polite and helpfull. It nice for family vacation. It is free parking there. But it is a bit far to south beach ...around 20min by car and 40 by bus.

I was at Beach Place Hotel for five days with my bestfriend to celabrate my birthday the hotel is not to far from South Beach there is a bus right across the street that will take down to south beach and the price that we paid for the room was pretty good. Would I go there again yes I don't have anything bad to said but that my stay there was very pleasent and the tours they offer are great also.

My expectations were exceeded by this 2 star motel. I was pleasantly surprised! It is quiet, has a huge pool, a mini fridge in the room, and is clean. We had a rental car and there was ample free parking!

I knew it was not on south beach so I'm not mad about the location, but future guests should use a rental car. It's 20 mins north.

It's a good value for money.

Bathroom is quite poor and subject for renovation, location is good for these money, but South Beach is still unreachable by walk, so you need to count on bike/car rentals or public transport.

But you need more people to do the work at the office. One person can not do the hard work that customers gives you. It is frankly upseting to be there when 2 or 3 customer comes and the phone rings and the post opffice comes, etc, ect. Good luck

The staff were very friendly, the room was a good size for one person, I wasn't too far from anything ..

I wanted to express my appreciation for the superior service I received during my stay at the Beach place hotel in particular "Silvana", "Helen","Daniel" were very helpful and deserve a great deal of praise for their excellent customer service.

A little bit noisy, South Beach I ten minutes away by car without traffic.

It will take you 3-5 minutes to get to the beach from the hotel. Our room was clean and big. The staff was helpful. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel so you can go to the center or to Aventura Mall, it costs 2 usd.

You should keep in mind that cafes, shops and restaurants are 10-15 min walking distance from the hotel

Location in MB -noisy Harding Ave, 2.The parking of bulldozers, road scrappers, mixers across 86-th street, just 20 meters from hotel, so you you can "enjoy" the sounds of engine starting since 7 a.m. 3. The cockroaches in the room, which run away when you turn on the light. 4.The youngsters in the midnight, staggering around the hotel and necessity to call the police to calm them down. Actually, it,s not hotel at all, rather third graded motel.
