The location is very good.
So this place does time shares. I booked a room for 2 nights, when I got there I stayed in a room on the bottom floor then on the second night was moved to the 4th floor. The room I had on the bottom was right by the exit and the door slams shut if someone doesnt know to shut it easy. They also charged my card each night, also I was charge another night after I left and had to get them to refund the money. When I went down to the front desk to ask about why we were charged after the first night there were about 5 other guess complaining as well (all about differnt things). The staff was very nice and said they would take care of it, however no one took care of it.......
Staff was well trained
Bed could have been more comfortable
I didn't like the fact that we had reservations for a 3 night stay but had 1 room for the 1st night and had to switch rooms the next day. That was quite annoying
The location is at the end of the boardwalk, so it was a little quieter. The beach was right there, and you could sit out on the balcony and enjoy.
We didn't get our room cleaned on Saturday night, and at 7:30 in the evening, I called the front desk. The girl there was a bit rude at first and said we'd get towels in the morning. I pretty much demanded that we get the service we paid for and she changed her tune a little. The housekeeping staff dropped off towels, changed our sheets. The next day we had our sheets changed, but no fresh towels. Not very pleased with that service.
Great place to stay! Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Defiantly will be staying again
I love the location, a room with a full kitchen, and of course the incredible view right on the boardwalk. Having parking is good too if you can navigate the tight garage. There was a power outage to several blocks including the resort. The staff handled it perfectly.
I've stayed at the Beach Quarters several times, but I must say that it’s starting get into some disrepair. The doorknob to my room was difficult to work (room 212), as were all the doors leading from the garage to the suits. The door to my bathroom would not close. There is a horrible stench of cigarettes at the south garage stairwell. The front burner on the stove in my room was almost unusable due to the knob being stripped. The cleaning staff was in my room when I checked in. I had to wait 15 minutes before I could enter, even though the front desk said it was ready. Overall the room looked clean and smelled clean. However there was some mold in the grout in the shower. Yes I would stay at the resort again. I believe with a little better management, all the issues I raised would be resolved.
Good to stay with specially if you are with your kids..
I didn't like the fact of having to ask for towels and for my room to be cleaned. But overall a great view of the ocean.
Location of the resort to watch concerts while at the American Music Festival.
We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice. When it was cleaned it seemed like it was rushed through.
Location and staff
Parking space design
I like the fact that all the rooms were ocean front and that you were able to use the other resorts.
The in door pool needed to be cleaned. It looked like it was full of algae. You could not see the bottom. The money that you pay to stay, there should have been a Continental breakfast.
Eveyone was nice, it was always clean, they was on time with all there services.
Kitchen, staff, amenities, activities for kids
bathroom, parking lot
The staff was Excellent... They were pleasant and Very helpful. There was a problem with our reservation and the staff went out if their way to accommodate us... We have 4 kids so that was not easy...
This is not specific to Beach Quarters but it is VERY difficult to find accommodations for large families
The staff was very helpful & courteous The rooms were clean We still had a nice time, but wasn't overly thrilled by the room
The parking garage was horrible if you had a mid-size to large vehicle. Way too small to maneuver around in, the room was very small & disappointing Closet door wasn't sized right so a 2X4 was exposed & very small. Stayed at a Best Western later that week for a fraction of the cost n room was much bigger
Location location location
Outdated sofas and beds
We declined the time share sales pitch but they kept trying to pursue it :-(
The only good thins about this place was that it was on the beach. The maintenance men (who we got to know) were the only friendly people.
Hotel staff very unfriendly, toilet would not flush and was located in a closet size room, shower handle broken and would not turn on, and the beds blanket had 3 large brown stains on it. For 350 a night you would think a clean blanket would not be too much to ask for. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear every word of our "neighbors" conversations and TV.
Everything was excellent, nice rooms, quiet, and friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. My family and I enjoyed the weight room
The only bad thing, the garage sucks!!! It's to narrow and took 20 minutes to get out.... And they only have 5 levels to it....SUVs not recommended.
The location was nice. The room was perfect for a family of 5. Staff was friendly.
I didn't like the pipe that was connected to the inlet.
I liked having the extra pool on the 7th floor. The bar was a plus.
The parking deck is terrible. If you have to put cushions on the corners that should tell you there is a problem with the way the deck was built.
Loved everything, lots to do with kids at this hotel..and the beach is right there..we loved it...planning a longer stay next summer.
The location Easy access to/from the beach Excellent Bed ...Slept good TV...very nice Separate toilet from bath area Good hot water Clean room Easy check in/out Garage Parking at Resort
Didn't like spa tub ...was hard to get in and out for old dudes like myself . Don't get the first floor ground level if you want private patio and options to open curtains / patio door without people in the next room setting there. That poor planning on me though not the hotel. When checking in additional 100 deposit required for room . It was return but never the less no where in advertisement while booking... caught off guard.
area, rooftop pool,
concierge gave us wrong information twice, lack of amenities in room like hairdryer and refills of coffee,
Rooms were great. The view was even better.
If you have a SUV or truck, the parking is extremely tight. Small negative but none the less it was a pain getting out of the garage.
