Elegant facilities, lovely location, helpful staff. Between the pool and the juacuzzi and the beach, and the boogie board they loaned me, plenty of activities. Would like more kitchen facilities, they used to let us cook in the rooms, and that was good. But they give us a microwave, so can have tea and coffee and leftovers from restaurant, so it is still very good.

Loved this wonderful beach resort! Classy chic in the perfect location. The rooms were large with tasteful decor and gorgeous, breathtaking views...there was nothing but sand between ourselves and the ocean! I would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay with the friendly staff and perfect weekend getaway...

The staff was excellent! The hotel was in a perfect spot for our family. Walking distance to: food, shopping, & nightlife. The hotel sits directly on the beach, with private access for hotel guests. Sitting at the pool watching the waves crash & the sun set was the end of our day!

We did not like our stay we Loved everything about our stay. Hotel was close to freeways and lots of wonderful places to eat and shop and the beach. The beach was the best part of our stay. It was a slice of heaven on earth. We will be staying here again and again. Housekeeping was great and the front desk was most cheerful and helpful. Beach Terrace Inn one of the best kept secrets of Carlsbad and we are so happy we found it.

Bech Terrace Inn was excellent in regards to location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room. Loved the pool area and enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was located under the reception/office and we the noice of the daily office activity was very annoying.

“The room was clean,our view overlooked the pool area. The amenities we're good. Breakfast had a good variety for a continental breakfast. The staff was helpful. Legoland was within walking distance and the resort provided a free shuttle if you didn't mind the wait.
