Dirty carpet and the room was smelly they tried to get us take a smoking room since the TV wasn't working. Very rude staff at night. Not helpful at all. Totally bad attitude. Night lady should be replayed did not handle her self professional at all. I had to talk to lady after she was so rude to my husband.
Nice place, friendly staff and clean rooms. A very good value for the money. We would definitely go back.
Thin walls and lack of blanket were the only downsides.
clean, near the beach
The facilities are a great value for your money... nice, clean and comfortable rooms.
The front desk staff could be a little bit more attentive and friendlier.
Helpful staff, clean, and good location for a budget hotel.
Nothing to complain about for that price close to the ocean.
Room smelled and was dirty
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The customer service was good.
The continental breakfast was very limited as was the seating.
Location, ease, value!
Room recently re-modeled Decent bed.
small roach in air conditioner found hair in one of the bed sheets @check-in
This was my second time to stay here. Nice staff and very helpful. Good price and the rooms were clean and nice.
Left a body pillow in room due to got an emergency call to get to hospital regarding my mother and went back next afternoon after checkout time and they couldn't find it but they did have a box for items left from customers with other pillows in it but mine wasn't turned in.
I had left my tablet in my room and a staff member ran down and returned it to me while I was checking out
Water pressure in shower was horrible
Cheap, comfortable and very friendly. Microwave, refrigerator, small coffee pot and in room small safe.
Location. We were taking a cruise the next day and was very close to cruise terminal.
Limited on number of coffee packages. One cup per guest and staff was not very friendly.
Proximity to the beach was good, and the location was easy to find.
Room with two beds was so small that you have to move the chair at the table just to get in or out the door. Bed was possibly the worst bed I've slept on in my life, the floor was better.
It was close to where I needed to be that is about it.
I booked the reservations on line, I booked a non smoking room. When I got there the place was sold out and We were placed in a smoking room. Nothing I could do since they were sold out. It was somewhere we will never go. Would of slept in the care but I paid way to much for one night so we delt with it.
The roaches everywhere even in the beds. The room had a bad odor and the floors were not clean.
Location to catch the cruise ship
Old and needed to be updated, including air condition unit
Clean, quiet and comfortable. They also have room safes.
A little dirty.
One block from the beach.
Nothing fancy but for the price it was great. Great location.
Cold A/C, comfortable beds, flat screen TV, table and chairs, microwave, fridge, etc. Standard room with functioning amenities. Will return based on location, and room and amenity quality.
One of the front desk personnel must've received their customer service training from a pit bull chewing on a wasp. The immediate, outright, disrespect was unmatched. When she brought up my reservation she said, "one double". I tried to clarify by asking if that meant two double beds and she said if I wanted two double that meant I wanted two rooms. Instead of explaining to her the concept of mattress sizes, I confirmed that there were two beds in the one room and paid. Got to the room and a bed was missing a comforter. Of course when I called, the same person answered. Instead of getting a comforter our rooms were switched. I asked if someone would bring the new key or if I needed to come get it, she shined again, "you can come get it". At least the person who handed me the new key was polite and apologetic whilst the other one stood in the background grimacing. Everything else after that went as planned. First hotel review ever but felt the need to do this one. Just because people choose a less expensive, non-seawall blvd hotel, it doesn't mean they deserve to be treated like sh*t. I would generally defend myself in these situations but we were in a hurry to meet up with our other party elsewhere for dinner. Based on her attitude, I think it would have just compounded the situation.
Good bed clean room good shower
Bathroom "looked" clean. Asked for a clean blanket to replace old type spread which I received promptly, though it was well worn and rough. Arrived at 1 am and left by nine to catch cruise so was just short stop off which is why I opted for less money, but not worth the risk.
Saw 2 roaches in room. Had older bedspread on bed which I removed. Concerned about other pests I might not be seeing. Fruit was not edible, no yogurt. So continental breakfast was not for us.
Staff was prompt when asked to clean our room late in the afternoon. Room was adequate size and comfortable. Check in and out went smoothly even when we came in late on the evening our first night.
Found water bug in bathroom upon arrival. Fortunately it was the only one we saw during our stay.
