Beds so comfy

Best price around that area and my first visit. I enjoyed the comfortable beds, quiet room and friendly staff! The bathroom was clean and linens were packed with a new material that did not affect my allergies (no headaches) like down linen has caused at other hotels in the past. Slept well and I will be back!

Carpets a little worn, but as we got ready to leave it looked like a carpet truck pulled up to replace it.

The fan helped drown out the street noise. The bed was comfortable.

Location was excellent, just a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast was provided.

Electrics seemed a little iffy, had to jiggle the wires to get the bedside lamps to work.

Out dated. Offers hbo but does not come in. Phone did not work, had a small room heater for only heat and a table fan for cooling. Clock radio had to unplugged because it was broken and just made buzzing souds

Great hotel for the price. Very clean and comfortable beds. Quiet room and felt safe. My kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the free coffee and breakfast.

Breakfast wasn't great, a bit late - 8am and limited choice if you want to be a bit healthier.

The Staff was very friendly,room was very clean,the bed was very comfortable,although the Pillows were a bit uncomfortable(too Clumpy) but I would recommend a stay to my friends.

The 2nd floor does transfer quite a bit of foot traffic noise into the rooms below.

I thought for the price it was a great choice I made to stay there. Room is big with TV, microwave, refrigerator, small table n chairs. Staff was great! Great location near everything including the Pier. I would stay here again.

That I didn't book for another nite as they were all booked up. Won't do that next time!

The location was nice. Room was clean..a little noisy from traffic/people walking past.

Website eluded to restaurant on premises "best clam chowder" and "fish and chips".. This is just a small Motel similar to a Motel 6. No AC ..portable heater in room.

We have stayed here several times before, so it was a place that we really enjoyed staying at. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help.

We have never had any problems staying here before. This time we had several problems. There were previous tenants items left in the the shower, there was vomit splatter on the toilet tank and on the wall, &the underside of the comforter of the beds were filthy. Also around 12:30am the tenants above us overflowed their bathroom and it started to come through our ceiling through the light fixture, they were also extremely loud.

It was dirty..... The bathroom was filthy. The toilet had dry vomit running down the side of it. The window sill in the bathroom above the tub was black with dirt. The carpet was so dirty it left our socks black!

Staff were not remotely accommodating to any of the guests problems.

The bed was amazingly comfortable!!

No air conditioning.. Only a small fan available to cool off during the warm day.

I liked that it was so close to the beach and shops. It was clean and I felt safe. Good for the price.

The "continental breakfast" was sorely lacking and the coffee was bad. The curtains in the room were threadbare with what appeared to be moth-eaten holes and the light shown through. I laughed when I noticed, but really not funny.

The proximity to the beach

We had issues with the lights. A few light switches didnt do anything and the switches that did work required a bit of messing with (turning on and off, leaving on for a bit before light turned on) to turn on.
