the desk clircks were very polite, indulgent and helpful the lights did not all work, the TV only two channels did show, during the night no heat, no room for breakfast, reading or lobby, unforgivable : the shower was cold, no hot water ! This is unforgivable in February. |

La atención por parte del personaly la limpieza en las habitaciones. Además tienes acceso a internet gratuito. El baño era privado pero estaba fuera de la habitación lo cual no estaba claro en la reserva. |

Comme c'est un très vieux bâtiment, le chauffage parvient difficilement au 3ème étage, mais il suffit de demander à la réception et il remontent la température de la chambre. Aussi, dans la salle de bain, il restait un savon dans le fond de la douche... A-t-elle été lavée??? Nul ne sait... :) |

Le décor de l'hôtel était vraiment agréable avec beaucoup de cachet. La fenêtre de la chambre n'était pas isolé pour l'hiver ce qui fait que tout l'air froid rendrait et comme le lit est vis-à-vis la fenêtre, nous avons eu froid toute la nuit. |

Die Lage(Strassenbahnnähe). Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner. Ich habe dort nie jemanden gesehen!! Das Zimme sehr klein und unbequem. Bad und Klo nicht im Zimmer. Man musste durch das Stiegenhaus gehen. Sehr laut. |
