Spacious rooms, with coffee machine and fridge. Location is good, right next to Death Valley. No continental breakfast. We thought in the beginning the room felt clean, but found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom (I know it's more the country still...)

was there for the tough mudder event. good location for it. nice little motel. endless hot water was real nice. TWO THINGS. 1. the chems that are used in cleaning the room was over powering. even fabreeze couldn't help. 2. the blankets were cheap feeling and you didn't want to touch them. ICKY...

The room was clean, and was really nonsmoking. Desk staff was unfriendly at check in, although the morning clerk was friendly. We were there for tough mudder, so the prices were four times what they should've been, and the night clerk tried to change the rate policy to a higher per person charge than shown on the booking site...and on the front door! The room was acceptable but the motel was full of loud people partying and we could not sleep. The shower head is set at chest level for a 5'10" man.

Location was good having a gas station and a restaurant nearby. Staff was not very friendly and acted like I was bothering them when checking in/asking questions. Hotel was run down and not maintained very well. Ice maker was broken. Refrigerator control nob was missing

The location was what I wanted but anywhere in Beatty would have been fine The swamp cooler was incredibly noisy and did little to cool a room that was hot and humid. The toilet did not flush properly and ran all night. The room was totally too noisy

The receptionist (Danna) was just great. She made my friends and me feel so comfortable, and she made great suggestions for food and entertainment. My friends are French, and she made a very positive impression of the U.S. to them. I have already encouraged some other friends to stay at the Exchange Club when they visit Death Valley in two weeks!

Comfortable, renovated, clean & large room. Housekeeper was very friendly and helpful !! Motel manger uses guest laundry during the day for manager's personal use. This is very annoying!! Bathtub was in poor condition. Guests smoke on outside corridor!! Internet service was marginal.

Close to death valley Noise from room upstairs, couldn't sleep. Office said that miners were staying there, should put them on first floor, so they could come and go without disturbing others
