A bit pricey.
Hosts are wonderful!
Was happy with everything
Same breakfast everyday for three days instead of some variety. But it was very good
The owners were attentive and gracious. The bathroom was exceptional and the location was extremely convenient.
The mirror in the bathroom was an antique mirror and was not appropriate for doing makeup and other close up 'work'. The lamps had spider webs on the shades. Otherwise the room appeared clean.
Russ and Dan we're amazing hosts. The location was excellent, on a quaint charming street and within walking distance of many good restaurants and hip establishments. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!
Location was excellent and owners were very pleasant and helpful.
Would appreciate a little more variety for breakfast which was nice but vegetarian.
Very close to downtown and don and Russell made us feel at home Period style was excellent and breakfast also We could not fault
The proprietors were extremely helpful with planning each day. Their recommendations were outstanding. The location was great. We met wonderful people at the breakfast table and had conversations that were thought provoking and timely. It would never have happened in a hotel. The food was great and the presentation was beautiful.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
Comfortable accommodation, in a gorgeous location. Perfect to access all areas of the city .
-Breakfast were fantastic -Art and ambiance were great -Owners were outstanding and accomodating
-If I had to name a con it would be price, but ultimately it was cheaper than hotels and the location in Capitol Hill was outstanding.
Conveniently located in Capital Hill. Close to public transport. Quiet location. Helpful Innkeepers.
No airconditioning in rooms, though fans were sufficient. Global warming is a reality. Even homes in Seattle now need AC.
Run by helpful and friendly couple. Very easy for access to downtown Seattle. Delicious and healthy breakfast. Excellent value for money for major city
My wife was nervous about the antiques as I am notoriously clumsy!
The welcome, comfort and location
We liked the location best
Occasionally we felt we were intruding on the couple that ran the B&B. One was clearly staying in their home.
Owners were extremely helpful both with attraction suggestions and directions. Russell even moved our car on several occasions to facilitate on-site parking and accommodated our late arrival. The structure is lovingly restored and maintained and guest rooms were delightful. "Heads up"-Attic room has low ceilings but the outdoor space was a perfect and private place to relax. B & B attracts visitors from around the world and makes conversation at breakfast very interesting. Will return when next visiting Seattle!
Breakfast could benefit from variety and addition of protein.
Outstanding location. Relaxing room. Deightful host. Enjoyed meeting other guests.
Loved it all!
The hosts made me feel very comfortable, safe, and welcome. It was a pleasant experience.
This is a beautiful home and ran by very kind people. Our room was gorgeous and very spacious, with a claw foot tub and a two headed shower in the marble bathroom. The location is excellent, at the B&B you feel like your in the calm and peaceful suburbs but just around the corner you're in the heart of broadway and all the neat stores and restaurants it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Seattle
We loved our stay at the Bed & Breakfast on Broadway. The hosts were so lovely. The location is one of the best parts. The house is only steps away from all the awesome restaurants and shops on broadway but it is also very quiet and serene. We stayed in the attic loft it was very clean, bright and spacious! We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Capitol Hill!
The home was so comfortable and beautiful! The bathrooms were better than the Ritz! So cozy and elligant. The hosts were kind, and so informative. They served a healthy breakfast with plenty to start my day off. The beds were the best I've slept in all my travels with crisp white cotton sheets. Perfectly located near a really cool coffee venue. Awesome!!!! Such nice flowers too!! My hats off to the owners for an excellent home! I hope to revisit again. Sincerely, K
What a great B&B. Close to Pikes Place Market. Wonderful Hosts. Our only regret.......not enough time.
In my opinion....one would have to start nit picking to find a negative.
I liked the breakfast and the location. I loved the bathroom and shower.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept sideways all night. The house smelled too strongly of potpourri.
Comfortable bed and bed linens, lovely furnishings and art decorating rooms and common areas, nutritious breakfast, kind and accommodating hosts, room cleaning each day. Safe location in Capitol Hill and near Seattle University.
Great old house with fine art and artifacts.Wonderful, helpful hosts.
room was a bit small, but presented no significant problem
