Bedford Plaza Hotel  

It's proximity to Hanscom AFB. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there is only so much they can do with the facilities they have to work with.

Just about everything else. The Wifi didn't work. The "Continental breakfast" was barely enough to be called that and what was there was disgusting. I couldn't get a decent cell phone signal anywhere. The carpets and furniture were stained. The room was run down with broken furniture. The water coming from the sink and tub wasn't even remotely close to clean. The TV signal was horrible and barely watchable. Don't be fooled by what is advertised on their website. It was more like a run down tenement house than a hotel with a significant number of families living there. Staying here was the biggest mistake I made and I cursed the fact that it was non-refundable. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was the polar opposite of what I was expecting from a "Plaza Hotel". Don't waste your money here. I certainly won't ever again. You are better off 1 more exit north in Burlington.

Pool is shut down for months, Hot breakfast is no more Now it is just some cold cereal with no fruit and coffee which is old UGHHHH ! Workers smoking out inside the garage door was kind of lame also :(

That Bedford Plaza Hotel doesn't let guest know ahead of time that in the winter the pool is closed. Which is crazy because its an inside pool. I came their to specifically use the pool for therapy and it was closed.

close to the highway

It was a residence for foreign families with children. Kids were wandering and making considerable noise until I voiced a complaint. The hotel carpeting was badly stained and filthy over a large area.

the pool was ice cold and very greasy in it which turned us off from being able to go swimming in it. By the time they got around to cleaning it and making it look usable we were leaving to go out and the next day we checked out to go home. The hotel itself as well was very hot no a/c on other than in the room we were staying in and they could not accommodate us as far as providing us with a smoking room when we checked in. In my opinion we will be looking for a different hotel to stay at when we go back to Boston again.

This is a slightly strange place. It was probably groovy in the 70s when it was built. It is an odd triangular building on a corner. There is nothing nearby except a carwash and a McDonalds. The rooms are laid out on three floors around a central atrium with a pool. This means that everyone hears all the noise. The place seems to have fallen on hard times and many of the "guests" appear to be living in the hotel. Everything needs painting, repair and refurbishing. It was clean, the beds were fine and the staff were polite in a passive and disinterested way. Only for one night.

Nothing. The hotel was hot, run down, the room smelled bad, the breakfast horrible, the staff very, very unfriendly.

While not quite decrepit, it is verging on it. Staff needs to learn about modern technology, such as vacuum cleaners.

The hotel needs better air con in rooms and breakfast area, to hot.Some things in rooms missing and not working properly. Hotel needs general fefurb.

pool closes to early and the breakfast was terrible

We were well attended. We enjoyed talking to those who worked and administered the hotel. We liked it because the Hotel seemed to be a family who owned it. They all worked silently, but were very attentive and kind. My wife and I would go back there at the snap of a finger. They had a wonderful breakfast:Scrabbled eggs, bacon, pancakes, molasses, coffee, juice, breads, cereal, etc.

Not much at all. We enjoyed our stay and the conversations with the workers and staff.

Unsauber teils dreckig ,das angekündigte warme Frühstück gab es nicht nur ein alter verdreckter Toaster keine Bedienung das Bad verschimmelt Fotos können nachgereicht werden laut weil in den Fluren ca. 20 Kleinkinder bis in den späten Abend spielten und lärmten Fenster fiel beim öffnen fast auseinander und Preis stimmte nicht überein PS Beschwerde an Sie ist bereits aktenkundig

La proximité de boston

Le service recue n'a pas ete du tout à la hauteur. Premierement le tarif n'etais pas ce que booking.com nous avait reservé. Au dire de la commis, elle n'avais pas a respecter les prix afficher sur booking.com car nous étions canadiens !!!....et c'etait loin de l'ecart dû au taux d'echange!!...... Nous avons due retourner le lendemain de check out et la commis n'acceptait toujours pas de nous faire le prix affiché sur notre copie de reservation pré-acceptée.De plus, le prix a meme été soufflé en cours de sejours...(et n'est toujours pas ajusté sur notre visa qui, deplus, a subit pas moins de 7 transactions de retrait- depot, afin de corriger des erreur..qui ne sont toujours pas corrigee...preuves a l'appui.....et on ne parle pas ici de taux de change!) Et pour ce qui est de l'hotel( pour ne pas dire *motel*) c'etais mal entretenu et l'eau de la piscine etait glacée. Nous ne recommandons pas cette établissement.

No me gusto muy alejado de todo

Me cobraron tres noches y solo estube dos pague una noche cuando hice la reservacion en linea con ustedes y al llegar al hotel me pideron la tarjeta y cargaron dos noches no hubo forma de que me entendieran y no me regresaron el dinero

Bas prix, piscine, chambres correctes, près de l'autoroute

Accueil lent, peu rénové, manque de personnel, très mauvais service au déjeuner buffet (présentoirs vides)

La propreté de la chambre et le parking gratuit (il faut se déplacer en voiture pour aller à Boston)

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas de bonne qualité (pas des fruits, pas yogourt, vaisselle jetable, bref mi-moyen); dans ma chambre l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas.

Belle piscine, plusieurs petits resto près, stationnement ... pas cher!

Propreté de l'hotel qui est médiocre en dehors de la chambre... Chambre ok.... Chambre de bain minuscule. Personnel moyen .. carte pour ouvrir la chambre a changer plusieurs fois car fonctionne pas. Déjeuner typiquement américain, aucun fruit et très gras.

Le personnel nous mentionne que la piscine ferme a 21h mais ils ont laissé des gens se baigné à 2h a.m. très long avant qu'ils sortent les gens, beaucoup de bruit.
