It was where we needed to be and helpful that there was a separeate bedroom The hotel is old and really needs to be redecorated. For $250 almost a night I expected some luxery. |

The Hotel is in a great location in NYC. It was so easy to get around the city from this midtown location. Also, the people working there were very nice. |

The location was very great, just 2 blocks from the grand central station. We had a queen room on the 17th floor with a view on the Empire State Building, very big room, bed confortable and the bathroom also ok. Staff was friendly and helpfully. About the food at the hotel can t say anything, we were eating outside, on each street, corner are coffees and lunch bars. |

Hotel staff was very helpful. Could switch to a different room as the first one had "noisy" neighbors. Location is great. Very close to Chrysler building and grand central station. The smell of the kitchen from the next door restaurant. It was noticeable till to the 8th floor. So keep the window of the restroom closed ;) |

The room is big, nice bathroom. Our room was dirty, the sheets and blankets were old and dirty. The kitchenpart was old and not working, the fridge was dirty. |

Hotel is situated in heart of Manhattan. It is very close to Empire State Buldings, Chrysler buildings, Time Square ... Very good choice... |

This is a wonderful hotel, with very reasonable prices. The spacious clean rooms and the superb location made it an outstanding stay, No complaints. I'll certainly stay here again. |

The size of the rooms, and the location of the hotel, it is literally two streets away from Grand Central station. I felt the staff could have been a bit more attentive to our needs, with the acception of one lady (who I have to say was very helpful), the rest left me feeling like they didn't really care whether I was there or not, especially when one of our bags (which we had left safely at the hotel after check out) had been seperated from the other bags and we had a bus to catch in order to get to the... |

The experience of staying on the East Side, away from the crowds in the Theatre district. And the room, which was most comfortable. It's #602, and I hope I can get it again. We are frequent guests, but last weekend, when the weather turned cold, there was no heat until Saturday, 11 April. That was the day we were most comfortable. I suggest that your heating unit be regulated to match the temperature, and when it dips into the 40s, raise the heat to 70. This is especially important in the winter. |

hotel has great location, friendly staff, kitchenette. Bit noisy because of elevator bell + doors that don't close smoothly and thin windows. Kitchenette need to be restored/renovated. |

Our stay at the bedford hotel was great. it Was a nice big room and it hat a nice bathroom with tub. The room was mice and clean and the window could open. lokaion was exelent, close to everything. |

The position near to Central station, The large rooms The thin walls, I had a party next door the first night and was awake half of the night The Hot rooms - about 80degrees, the heating cannot be swithed off and I was told either to put on the air conditioning or open a window I also found a cockroad by my fridge - not nice Also not as cheap as last year 404 $ for 2 x nights in Jan quite expensive |

the restaurant next door was fabulous and very convenient. the room was very spaceous. when leaving the porter was excellent organising the cab to take us to the airport the cleaning staff on our first morning there (after a very long flight) was knocking on our door at 9am to clean it. we thoought that this was very early and consideration that we were on our vacation should have been noted. |

My wife and friends liked the fact of being really central in New York.Very friendly staff,wonderful Their room was adequate but their friends room was better.It appears the hotel could with a bit of a makeover.I understand this is being done floor by floor |

The location The customer service. I had some bad experiences: 1.- The room were not cleaned 2.- The people at the front desk was not friendly 3.- I booked at the front desk for a shuttle to the airport, but the front desk did not book it with the shuttle company. On my leaving day I did not get a shuttle, and the treatment on the front desk was not only unfriendly but humiliating. |
