Bedtime Inn and Suites  

Location

No staff available. Office shut down . No maid service on Sunday hence we had no towels . Change in weather/ seasons we needed blankets for cold night. No staff to get them. Find it horrible that there was nobody on duty for 12+ hours.

Price was fair compared to other motels in the area . Staff was friendly but overwhelmed .

Room was outdated , worn , and had a weird smell . It has tile floors everywhere . A/C was noisy and didn't cool . Asked to have it fixed , it never worked the entire time I was there and no one told me what was going on . Bathroom fixtures are very corroded . Camping may be a better option .

The ceiling leaked in my room #118. I walked into my room at 4:00pm on Saturday, September 8, 2012 and the sheets were off of my bed and 2 towels were on the bed soaked with water. There was a steady drip coming down from the ceiling. I walked over to the office and they were aware of the problem and told me they were moving me to another room. They offered assistance to move me but no discount for the trouble. I declined the assistance and moved all of my things to the other room. I saw there was a stain on the ceiling so I knew this was not the first time the water was leaking from the ceiling. It was confirmed by the maintenance man that I spoke to that this has occurred a couple of times over the last two years in the room.

The location, the price, the staff

The bedsheets could have been thicker or have more of them.

It was in a great location to do/see everything my wife and I wanted to. It was quiet and clean and we had no real problems. Overall was a good expierience and we'll probably stay again, and would definately recommend it.

The shower head sucked, but I kind of expect that from hotels.

I didn't like this place at all the bed was hard as a rock the floor was slippery I had wet shoes from the rain and slipped and fell they should have a rug or mat you had to climb up the landscape to get in your room or walk a mile to go up steps and they said we had a fridge and didn't have that I would not recommend this place at all oh and the restaurant they ha on site was filthy and horrible I wish I didn't spend the money I did I should get a refund horrible place

It was close to Ocean City(beach)

Well we ask for new linens in the middle of the nite and the front desk person would not leave the office to get us clean linen, my grandson threw up 2xs so we had no clean blankets or sheets all nite!! I really think that was rude!!!

The room was spacious enough for my family and location were also great, not to close and not too far from the board walk.

The sink faucets were in very poor condition but other than that everything was great. Also electricity that went out for the entire hotel facility for at least 2-3 hours.

Great location for a trip to ocean city md. The pool was nice, flat screen tv my boyfriend loved and location couldn't be anymore perfect. This is great for families or group trips. The staff was very friendly

The room had some flaws paint chipping ect. The fridge was small and the air condition wasn't the best. It was great other than that

room is spacious and fairly clean

bath and kitchen are randown. the drains are very slow, the stove has only one burner working and the sink/faucet rusty.

there were no refridgeraters, and the room was the smallest I have ever seen.

Me and my wife are newly married we came to oc to spend the weekend for my sisters and nieces birthday and to spend time together we were happy with the location of your hotel but the cleanliness was horrible as there was pubic hairs on the walls of our shower as well as buy the spickets we would have thought the cleaning staff would do better we go to ocean city about every two weeks we are sorry to say that the lack of clean showers will prolly be the reason we wouldn't choose bedtime in again on our next visit for what we payd for one day the room should have been a lot cleaner

It was a great stay! It was clean and the rooms have been redone! It was comfortable and worth every penny!

The location is perfect! It was very close to the boardwalk - no more than five minutes drive;yet far enough away we could relax in peace.

The Pool was nice and the price was ok.

Really didn't like anything about the room. The price was decent for mid summer beach prices, but the room was outdated, it wasn't really too clean. Everything worked but it just was run down and out of date. It definitely needs a face lift. Everything in the room just looked dirty and old.

Ligh bulb was off, and the AC unit made a lauded noice every time that the unit was on that it made my night very uncomfortable to fall as sleep. Mentioned to the receptionist and the only thing that I got from her was an apoligaze.

It was cheap and good for a two nighter.

soda machines were out of order and staff can't even refund... refrigerators are too small, freezer was too frosted i couldn't fit anything in it.

It is quite we really liked that,lots of parking space,

The bathroom smells, especially the shower curtain is disgustinng, they have to change that, the sink also needs some attention, the rest is not bad

Thbe hotel was close to the beach and accepted pets

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I got to the room, the first thing I wanted to do was relax after the long drive. I decided to watch some TV but I had no remote. When I went to call the front desk I found that my phone was not working. I had to move my bed to plug it in to the wall. So much for relaxing. I also noticed that they are not very good at cleaning the room. Before I left the next morning I trimmed my mustache. I didn't clean up some of the trimmings on purpose. When I returned, those trimmings were still there after they came in and made the bed. I guess that is all they do. eeven the floor had not been swept. I will not be staying there again. I would rather pay more for better service.

The toilet was dirty the comfort had hair from previous guest all over it and the carpet was old and dirty. The hotel needs to be up graded to the 2000's at least it wasn't worth the money I spent and I would not recommend the bedtime inn to anyone .

Great value: clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Big pool.

Reasonable price

The price was very reasonable and the accommodations were exactly what we needed for our short stay. There was plenty of parking available.

The bed wasn't exactly the most comfortable to sleep on.
