Excellent location close to the United Nations and centrally located near all Missions to the UN. Responsive staff and comfortable rooms. |

A spacious studio appartment for a very decent price. I also liked the roof top restaurant with a great view. The buffet breakfast was fresh and a really good deal. |

Its proximity to my meeting location, as well as proximity to other amenities in the city. The noise... not the fault of the hotel, though. |

The Staff could not do enough for us,Our room was cleaned everyday The Top of the Tower restaurant was fantastic food wise and view wise Would definately recommend this hotel was also near to United Nations Building ,Grand Central station, Rockerfeller Centre, Times sq The decore of the hotel needed a bit of a revamp but the cleaniness of this hotel was first class |

its location there was a leak at the window. There were no sheets/pillows for the sofa bed (which we were obviously going to use since we booked for 4 people). Also, they charged $52 for parking when the advertised rate was $28. |

Liked cooking facilities and space; helpful and friendly staff. Would like room service and a stocked bar fridge.Would ike more reasonable rates, especially for repeat customers. |

Very nice, clean room. Restaurant was terrifc for the views and the piano player and was great to come back, relax with dessert and see NYC lighted up at night, including the Chrysler Building and 59th St Bridge.. |

Location is good. Booking.com reservations is not important for this hotel. They give you worst room if you have booking.com reservation. |

Hotel is good value for money. I was in floor 12 and my bedroom was big enough. Decoration is a lit bit old. I had to wait for 3 hours until 3 pm to check in where in most hotels you can check in before 3. The nearest tube station is not far...but it is not round the corner... |

actually nothing there was no hairdryer, insufficient bedclothing, indifferent personel. Internet you had to pay for, you arrive at 3 pm and the account stops at 6 a.m so you pay for 24 hours and you get for 15 hours speed is low, if you notice that you don't have internet you have to ask again an account, you never get for 24 hours. I love the kitchen. Also I like the position of the hotel. The traffic is easy and the view is not bad. The hotel took extra money for deposit. But up to now I haven't got the money (about 4 days). I hope the efficiency can be improved. |
