Un hôtel de charme (art déco), calme, très agréable pour visiter New York. Dans Manhattan, à proximité des sites touristiques. Bien desservi par les bus, proche de l'ONU. Un restaurant "panoramique" au 26° étage pour les petits déjeuners et les diners. En location, des suites avec kitchenettes, commodes pour les moyens séjours. |

Le personnel est disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable!!J'ai même pu effectuer une pré-visite le mois d'avant.Les chambres sont spacieuses, le quartier bien situé et calme! On se sent en sécurité. Le fait de pouvoir être à quatre, tout en ayant une porte de séparation.petit plus qui a son importance:les coussins sont parfaits!! Il y a une supérette juste à côté, il suffit de traverser la rue!! Le canapé-lit est un peu juste pour une utilisation en mode lit car trop mou,surtout s' il s'agit d'adultes. |

Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très efficace et chaleureux. L'adresse de l'hôtel est excellente. Tenant compte des prix des hôtels à ny (Noël- Nouvel An), le séjour dans cet l'hôtel est "cozy", si on n'est pas trop déçu par les photos sur l'internet. Le chauffage, la douche, le wc sont vieux, ne fonctionnent pas bien; grâce à la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel, nous avons changé de chambre. La décoration (étoffe canapés, rideaux) est tout aussi vieille et a franchement besoin d'être raffraîchie. |

Le personnel La propreté était vraiment insuffisante, nous avons dû changer de chambre, la 1ère étant trop petite, la 2ème à côté du système général d'aération (bruyant). La décoration est épouvantable. Seule l'entrée est un peu "art-déco". Le 3ème lit n'est qu'un canapé miteux. |

I liked that the room was spacious and that we had our own kitchenette.An added bonus was having a hairdryer and ironing board plus there was a very nice walk in closet. The hotel reception looks shabby and in serious need of renovation. The internet that they offer didnt work in our room though we easily managed to hook up to Motorola's wifi. The safe in the room is not useable so we had to use the hotel safe which is very small and unable to store a laptop inside. |

Well received at reception especially as my online booking was not recorded, the reception was good and quick and got me a room fast. Room was very comfortable While having kitchen is great, only having one saucepan and no other cooking dishes made making a cooked meal impossible A few extra pieces would be good. |

We liked the art deco feel of the hotel and its location. Good views from the top floor the room felt a little outdated and the beds were not comfortable at all. |

The large corner room on the 9th floor offered great visions of the city and river. The dining room was lovely and the food was delicious. It was raining that night, and it was very nice to take the elevator to the 26th floor and find a lovely and cozy (with panoramic views!) restaurant. |

We had a one bedroom suite as we were bringing our 3 month old baby - it was a very good size and suited us perfectly. Problems with the central heat for our first 3 days and it was very cold during the day - the heat only seemed to come on in the evening until we repeatedly complained because of the baby. There was no pool even though this was a specific comment on your website by a previous traveller - we all brought our swimming togs and purchased swimming nappies for the baby to no avail. |

It is convenient to the work that I do. It is quiet and clean and pleasant. I have stayed at the Hotel since the 1980s. The bathtub/shower is dangerous for people since it is not provided with anti slippage protection. |

A brilliant location for sightseeing, both within the city and further field, with access to Union Station for public transport and car hire. Nothing better than a dip in the pool after a hot day pounding the streets. |

The room was OK, but the sofa-bed was not suitable for two kids. Our Second stay, there were no towels or blankets for 4 persons. A bit old-fashioned. The situation of the hotel was OK in a rather quiet area. Restaurant OK. We expected a good sofa-bed for the kids, but this was poor. |

The size of the suite (75m2) and the location. This hotel has such a good location away from the noise and crowds of Times Square. but within easy walking distance of the whole of Mahantan. An excellent hotel, great value, great staff, would stay again. |
