ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, staff cordiale e disponibile, appartamento attrezzato con cucina e comodissimo per 4 persone. posizione buona (15 min a piedi dalla metropolitana). buona la sistemazione al 16 piano con bellissima vista

La posizione dell'hotel e l'ampiezza delle camere

Mi hanno cambiato la stanza dopo due giorni in quanto nella mia non fuzionava il riscaldamento dopo aver richiesto la verifica del malfunzionamento per ben tre volte. Mi hanno mandato un tecnico gentilissimo che mi ha messo una stufetta di fortuna nella camera da letto dicendomi che l'albergo stava cambiando tutte le macchine, la notte del 30 ho dormito nel gelo poi finalmente tutto ok

L'hotel ha bisogno di essere rinnovato internamente. Sia i pavimenti/moquette che i mobili sono piuttosto consunti. La stanza era al secondo piano e molto buia e, tenuto conto che era una suite (quindi più costosa), avrei immaginato fosse a un piano alto e più ariosa.

Well received at reception especially as my online booking was not recorded, the reception was good and quick and got me a room fast. Room was very comfortable

While having kitchen is great, only having one saucepan and no other cooking dishes made making a cooked meal impossible A few extra pieces would be good.

TV in bedroom did not have pay TV options

We had a one bedroom suite as we were bringing our 3 month old baby - it was a very good size and suited us perfectly.

Problems with the central heat for our first 3 days and it was very cold during the day - the heat only seemed to come on in the evening until we repeatedly complained because of the baby. There was no pool even though this was a specific comment on your website by a previous traveller - we all brought our swimming togs and purchased swimming nappies for the baby to no avail.

A brilliant location for sightseeing, both within the city and further field, with access to Union Station for public transport and car hire. Nothing better than a dip in the pool after a hot day pounding the streets.

The room was OK, but the sofa-bed was not suitable for two kids. Our Second stay, there were no towels or blankets for 4 persons. A bit old-fashioned. The situation of the hotel was OK in a rather quiet area. Restaurant OK.

We expected a good sofa-bed for the kids, but this was poor.

My room was a studio suite for one but was much larger and with more facilities than I had expected. The maid service could not have been better and the room was spotless each time I returned from a day of sightseeing.
