Location in regards to my daughter's home. Gas,coffee,etc. Motel needs to update computer services like swithing over to wireless. Sheets on king size bed need to fit properly.

The 11 A.M. checkin was very cool, and the room and the bed were big and comfortable, and everything was clean. It's an old building, but they've really done a good job of updating where necessary - the bathroom appeared to have been recently remodeled. Cable and wifi were included, and I didn't know until I got there it had a desk and mini-fridge too. There was a teeny bit of noise from outside, and some from the next room as well. But we're solid sleepers and hardly noticed them.

It was close to the va hospital. Filthy, but had nice showers. I won't stay here again due to the very dirty room.

Best asset: cleanliness. The room smelled clean upon entry and no mold, grime or dirt was found anywhere, especially in the bathroom. Noisy: street noise all night long and very noisy guests directly above and next door.

The price. This is definitely a low budget motel with no extras. I didn't have any problems except it was hard to open my door with the key they gave me and the lock. Took several tries each time to get in. Nothing fancy at all about this place. Good if you are just looking for a bed and shower.
