the family room was excellent, with two rooms suitable comfortably for 6 people. It is situated on the subway line and takes you directly into both Times Square and Macys. The green tiled bathroom, although clean gave the appearance of not being so. There is no double glazing on the windows so the noise was quite bad from traffic, we dealt with this using ear plugs. |

I appreciated the cleanliness and,the brand new furniture, very comfi bed and the big LCD. Seeing the outside of the hotel, I got quite nervous, but when I saw the rooms, I was very pleased with my choice. there was a certain smell in the room though.. no fresh air. Also, even with the window open, I could still hear the noisyness of the city. The rooms were very modern, but I cannot say the same thing about the hallways. Another thing, we stayed at the 7th floor and in the morning we did not get any hot water for the shower. |

1. The location, 2. the size of the room, 4. the excellent radio and the flatscreen TV, 4. The comfortable bed. 5. The refrigerator. 6. non-smoking room 1. the hotel neglected to turn the heat on in our room. We had to ask them to do so the morning, before they fixed it. 2. the bathroom needs to have a light over the sink/mirror. It was hard to shave. & 3. It only had a bedside lamp on one side of the bed, not on the side that I sleep (and read!) on. |

The crisp white linens every day along with big fluffy towels. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Being able to check our bags for a couple of hours on the day of departure prior to leaving for the airport was very appreciated. |

Convienent location to sights. Nice neighborhood. Great restaurants and grocers. Safe, lovely area with everything at your fingertips. Friendly, helpful staff. |

Confort de la chambre, professionnalisme disponibilité et amabilité des emloyés (accueil reception, femme de ménage et groom), boutique souvenirs dans l'hôtel (cher et bien achalandé, mais si pratique en cas d'oubli), situation géographique dans Manhattan, proximité des services (restaurants, superette, opérateurs de telephonies mobiles, bars, snacks), métro proche, quartier calme. Notre séjour à duré seulement 03 jours... Suite à note arrivée tardive du dimanche soir, l'état du hall de la réception a laissé présagé une absence de service de nettoyage le week end (à moins que cette fois là fut une exception...) |
