The service from front desk was help and expedient. The hotel was under renovation so some things were in the middle of construction which I was not made aware of but didn't overly affect my experience |

Good location, very comfortable beds, pleasant minimalist modern decor. No alarm clock! TV channels appeared very limited (remote didn't work and controls on the panel were impossible to see/use) - not really TV watchers, so only missed having weather channel. |

I like that the room was very clean and new. The elevator was too small for the amount of people that stayed there. No microwaves in the rooms. No ice machines and no coffee machines in the rooms. |

Very comfortable hotel for a resonable price taking into account that it's in Manhattan. Extremely close to subway and a big number of restaurants and big supermarkets that can provide all you need. We'll definetely repeat at Belleclaire in our next visit to nyc! |

its proximity to Central Park, the bike rental shop, Zabars, 72nd St. subway station ... and the lack of pretense. Very relaxed and un-snooty, the lobby elevators were slow but that was due to renovation being done and so could not be helped. Service elevators were made available for guests use. |

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious, and the staff were polite. Some of the TV channels didn't work and the toilet didn't flush properly sometimes. |

The staff was very friendly and offered their help at every turn. The rooms were updated, modern, and clean. Only one of the elevators was working in the lobby and it was slow and small. |

The hotel is quite good location and the room is clean and bigger than what I expect even that time has renovation but doesn't affect our stay. I will recommend the others to stay here If possible, would like the hotel to provide more equipments in the room such as hair dryer, coffee maker, etc. |

The size and cleanliness of the room. The location near the subway and Broadway avenue, with 3 24-hours-open shops/restaurants very near. The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms and WC wasn´t working well. |

Goede ligging tov musea, Central Park, enkele fijne restaurants in de buurt (probeer Fatty Crab a/d overkant van de Avenue). Er was lekkage geweest, dus kregen we een andere (betere) kamer toegewezen waar we het hele verblijf konden blijven. Geen ontbijtmogelijkheden, maar er is genoeg in de omgeving. |
