Warm and welcoming hosts... fabulous views... terrific breakfast... very comfortable beds... peaceful, beautiful, natural surroundings. I also enjoyed watching the hummingbirds flocking the hanging feeders on the back deck while having my morning coffee!
Peaceful, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Delishious breakfasts Location
the hosts were wonderfully attentive and engaging. The breakfasts were epicurean delights and diverse.
The location is unique
Loved the hosts and location to the park. The breakfasts were fresh organic and lovely.

The location was unbelievably beautiful. The food and service were fabulous. We had a wonderful time. Couldn't have been improved.
Ozzy and Eva are very friendly. Breakfast was great.
Bellevue was perfect as a jumping off point for visiting Sequoia/King's Canyon Nat'l Parks. The accommodations were quite comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and the B&B owners were delightful. We'd definitely stay there again!
Nothing comes to mind.
the hosts were very gracious excellent breakfast
unpaved road to the house. the decor is not everybodys taste' the pool was out of order
The sound of the river coming through the bedroom windows. The hosts are fantastic!
Ozzie and Eva are great hosts, the evenings were spent in great conversation with them, very interesting and delightful people. The breakfasts were excellent, not just the usual roll and some cereal. The location was perfect for the park. The view from the deck is beautiful and in the evening you see millions of stars. The room itself was on the small side but there is an entire sitting area to spread out in.
The description indicated that the room had a fridge but it didn't. We put a few items in their fridge. Not a major problem.
-Location -Hospitable husband and wife owner/operators -Continental breakfast was fresh and considerate -After we checked in, we were left to ourselves
-Second story room did not cool off to a comfortable temperature at night and we did not sleep much or comfortably the entire night (this would probably not be a concern in winter/spring/fall, but in summer with almost 100 degree days, the ac needed to be turned on to cool off the upstairs where the guest rooms are located). Earlier in the evening I brought up my concern but was assured it would cool off as the evening progressed. Unfortunately the cooling was not sufficient enough to ease the heat on the second floor. -Noisy and rattling ceiling fan in bedroom when turned to high speed -Did not feel as comfortable to move around as freely as in a hotel room knowing we were in someone's home (this was more a personal concern than anything done by the homeowners)
