Rooftop seating area
No A/C Lots of street noise
This hotel is within a 5 to 20 minute walk of nearly everything: Seattle Center, Pioneer Square, Pike Place, the retail shopping district, lots of great restaurants and bars, and there is a dog park right next door! How fun is that?
No air conditioning. It had good fans, though, so we were okay. Most places in Seattle (outside the Big Box stores) don't have air conditioning, either, which is good and bad. Good because Seattle is cold in the morning, bad because sometimes it's hot and walking into an air conditioned spot is nice to have. The elevator is super slow and you might have to wait a while to get on/off.
This place is in a great location. Many great places to eat and drink around the area and a comfortable walk to the city and most attractions.
This hotel doesn't have air conditioning so beware in summer.
Way too expensive for what we got! I realize it is high season but this was ridiculous. And having to pay for wifi on top of that was a joke! And trying to find parking was a nightmare. Staff member that checked us in was very rude and when we asked her to call us a cab to go to the Seahawks game she pretty much laughed in our faces and told us it wasn't worth it and to just walk or take transit. Bad attitude.
Good location for walking to restaurants and sightseeing. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The room was very warm due to unseasonal weather - no air conditioning. Elevator was slow- hallways smelled of cigarettes but signs said no smoking !
It had a fun funky vibe. Close to restaurants.
The bed was hard and no AC. Bedroom windows looked out into small courtyard so you pretty much looking into your neighbor's windows.
The location of the hotel can not be better. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Made me feel welcome. And the price can not be beat!
The BelltownI Inn does not have AC. It was not a problem when I was there. Most of the time in Seattle it should not be a problem but there can be a time when it may be.
Location, kind staff
No air conditioning bed too soft room too small no cost-benefit fair.
Great location with public transportation right outside the door. Allowed early check-in. Friendly staff who made excellent recommendations about Where to eat.
No air conditioning. Very noisy. Even with a courtyard room, because we had to sleep with the windows open (because of the heat), we could hear loud guests in Other rooms well into the night.
Nice place. .... However......even the most run down inexpensive roached out hotels have air conditioners. .... But not this place??? Beds hard and cheap..... I wish I knew there was no air conditioning when I booked.... It was miserably hot early august..... Would never go through that again
Walking distance to everything in downtown Seattle
The exterior facing rooms are extremely noisy...had to wear earplugs to sleep due to the street noise.
Great central location to many attractions, bars, restaurants. Walkable to most.
the Inn is excellently located and staff are very helpful in suggestions about where to eat and visit. Room was comfortable and we slept well
The location was pretty good and the room was lean
The room was uncomfortably warm due to no air conditioning. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.
Check in not until 4 pm and rooms not cleaned until 4 pm or later. Soiled bedding; failure to replace glasses. Only one elevator for 5 floors!!
Location was convenient to downtown.
No A/C and the bed was worn down.
About 3 blocks from the water, near Pikes Place Market and great bars and restaurants. Bus line nearby. Great pho at "Local Pho" across the street. Rooms were comfortable.
Changed rooms because the first room they put us in faced the alley where loud recycling trucks emptied bottles starting at 6:30 am. Second room faced the courtyard and was much better. Ask for a courtyard room!
No air conditioning. Window had to stay open. Dog park, Bar, and street fair outside. Bathroom too small and could not dry hair without bumping elbow on door which had towel rack.
Great location! Street closure with games on Sunday - cool streetscape
No plates, bowls for the kitchenette
Helpful staff, laundry facility, early check in, reasonable parking rates
Seedy area, no air conditioning, no fully equipped kitchens
Rooftop patio for early mornings and for resting feet after a day of sightseeing; Friendly, helpful staff; Within walking distance of many great sights, restaurants and a light rail station; A bus stop across the street;
No air conditioning, but able to open windows above the courtyard and use the oscillating fan provided in the room so didn't suffer the one day it was 20 degrees warmer than average!
The fact that you can walk anywhere downtown from the hotel within 45 minutes.
Our door had issues with our key and required multiple trips back down to the desk. They had to use a computer remote and hook up to actually open our door for the first day we stayed.
No A/C No wifi in the rooms
