- Proximity to Pike's Market, shopping - Cleanliness - Friendly, helpful staff - Rooftop view - Secure underground parking at a good daily rate
- Only one elevator, and it broke down - Parking is a block away - Neighborhood is a little bit sketchy
TV too small
Very helpful staff Great location Comfortable Free WiFi
Proximity to downtown, staff friendliness
Leaf blower working in the earl AM on Sunday
Clean, comfortable bed. Good location and price. Reasonable internet. Comfortable chair and table. Room with modern and clean design. Good heater. Would definitely recommend it.
Specifically for this room, noise from the street (relatively strong even with dual windows). However I had not problem to fall asleep as traffic is less in the evening. One receptionist, that was more trying to be bitter-funny than actually help. Small things missing in the bathroom (like showering cap, or bathroom mat).
Everything including roof deck and bikes.
Prime location and good service. Stored our bags for free after we checked out and waited for our flight. If I'm back I would not mind staying there again.
Pillows were too big and hard
neighborhood dog park overall district feel staff was extremely helpful access to public transportation
closer breakfast location
My friend and I loved this hotel! The location was great, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfy and generally just a great experience.
Not one bad thing...
Great Location. Plenty of cool places within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Room was a little on the small side but other then that everything was great
The staff was mostly lovely, the inn itself pleasant and the location superb. An international clientele and a real score as an international destination.
Buses. Buses. Buses. Unlike NYC there were no sirens in the night, but the buses start at 3:30 or 4am and they are shattering. I grew up in Seattle and (interestingly 50 years later) it's still a matter of EAR shattering bus noise. even in some of the best neighborhoods. Take earplugs. Or get an interior room. Also, only one VERY small elevator. A constant problem. Otherwise, quite lovely.
Location,Location,Location. We walked everywhere from here and found lots to do in this area.
Hot room and a Cold shower Sunday Morning. The bed was dishes out in the middle an uncomfortable after the first night. The price was right. If they added A/C, upgraded the Beds and fixed the Boiler I would stay there again.
I really liked the location, just north of Pike Place Market.
Highly appreciated a welcome and peaceful place to stay, the staff is very supportive.
No smoking zone
Loved the location. Staff unbelievably helpful and kind. Close to everything we wanted to go to.
Neighbor's window right next to ours. Room was HOT and we had to open the window to cool it down. Neighbor was up til 4:00am talking. Could hear his WHOLE conversation. Luckily had ear plugs.
The room was quiet and very clean.
The staff was not welcoming or friendly. Upon check-in, it seemed I inconvenienced the clerk. Upon check-out I was made to wait and no words exchanged - clerk answered two phone calls and just handed me the receipt. No acknowledgment. I requested late check out when I booked. I checked with desk staff, they had me check with a.m. staff. I checked with a.m. staff they wanted me to call back later. Anyway, I ended up just checking out - too much run-around.
Liked the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Great location to get around to different things.
According to your staff the noise that evening was louder than normal with many emergency vehicles on the move around 2:00 in the morning. It also sounded as if the garbage trucks were outside my window at one point.
Great location! Rooms were clean and we were pleased to find a kitchenette in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a courtyard facing room which was quiet so we could open the window.
Car had to be in a parkade, next time we will stay longer.
Location and overall condition of hotel
Street noise may affect some peoples sleep. It would be a trade off view and activity or courtyard with a more tranquil setting.
Handily placed for nearby restaurants
location was amazing and price was excellant for the location!
missed not having breakfast included, but no big deal
Street noise but it was during a Seahawks game and all the fans were outside. No ac so we had to leave window open for air circulation. That was only complaint.
I love that we were a 10 min walk from Pikes and a 10 min walk from the Space Needle. Also, plenty of food, drinks, and shops near. Access to public transit is right outside the hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Allowed us to check in early and they let us ship a toy gun to them for a halloween costume. The cleaning staff was wonderful and provided us with any extra coffee or towels we needed.
The free WiFi in the lobby was hard to connect to and very slow.
Location, ease of check in and out. Value in Seattle. Staff was great and the room more than adequate.
Two things re: the bed: 1. the pillows are hard 2. the sheets caused me to itch. Perhaps it is the formula of the laundry detergent - but I travel extensively for work and this has not happened. Scratched all night (no pests - just reaction to possible cleaning compound).
