Loved it. First time in Seattle and Ryan helped us with an early check in. We loved the hotel over all, nice staff and cleanliness was perfect. Very cozy. Will be staying again
Location is great. Right in the center of downtown. Walking distance to many attractions including Pikes Market and the Space Needle. Loads of great restraunts and shopping close by. Have loaner bikes available but we didn't get a chance to use them.
Rooms and hallways could use some new carpeting. A little worn and shabby. However the bathroom looked recently updated and painted. They just forgot the carpets. Parking system could be better.
The location is great, price was wallet-friendly (we were only staying one night so going higher end was not worth the extra jing), Very friendly helpful desk staff, & room was clean.
Bed was so-so, linens so- so, bathroom super tiny, room was very hot - so opening the window a crack let in all of the street noise.
The loication of the hotel is excellent and it is close to everything. Ideal for people who want to explore Seattle as well as old time residents, such as ourselves. Had a super stay.
There really wasn't much of a kitchen. No plates, silverware, no way to heat food other than microwave. So as long as guests are aware of that, it's fine. Maybe if we had asked, we could have obtained those necessary supplies.
Easy check in and out!
I absolutely loved their location and parking facilities. In Seattle, both are important. Their staff was incredibly helpful guiding us around to local businesses.
proximity to Belltown and the cool street it was on (Bell St)
lack of parking at the locaction. we had to pay $30 to park until 10 the next morning
Great location and staff were friendly and helpful
A bit noisy from alley one morning
The location was great, the hotel was in excellent shape and our room and the hallway was very clean. Our room on the 5th floor was quiet and looked to be remodeled recently.
Staff could have been a little more friendly and informative. Of course that varied with who was at the desk when we needed something. Some were nice, others not. We were not given the pass code for Wifi when we checked in. When we called the desk we were told to come down and get it, that it was not given over the phone even though we were using the hotel phone. A bit of an inconvenience. Also, we were informed with a bit of attitude when we asked about getting a second bottle of water for our second day stay, that it was not included in the package. It could have been handled in a more friendly manner.
The locations easy walking distance to the Pike Place Market and many good restaurants
The hotel and rooms are badly in need of renovation. Wasn't especially clean. Beds and furniture worn.
Great location within walking distance to Seattle Center, Pike's Place, downtown, fine dining, pubs & entertainment. Free bikes are available and public transit is right there. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offer in/out parking option in a lot about 100 yds away for a very fair add-on fee. The Inn has been remodeled and fits the spirit of positve change in the Belltown neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it as a bargain.
It is an old building and the lower floors are a wee bit creaky at times - so request an upper floor room when you book.
Very nice neighbourhood, with walking distance to Pike's market, and the needle etc. Hotel was simple and clean, with everything I needed. Staff was very friendly.
No breakfast. Parking arrangements are complicated, and not cheap.
Noise from street
great location to Key Arena (concerts) neighborhood restaurants easy to reach location, all within walking distance and AAA Front office staff
I loved looking out into the courtyard. I was appreciative of the fact that I chose a quiet room and actually got a quiet room! The complimentary bikes are a nice touch! I would definitely go back there in the summer and use one :)
Everything but the noise outside.
Next time we will request a room facing the courtyard. Our room was on 3 rd and I guess we aren't used to the sounds of the city. Someday you may want to invest in installing some soundproofing windows.
Room size and amenities. Rooftop deck was an added bonus.
WIFI is poor, cannot connect time to time
Great location ten minute walk to Pike Place Market. Simple but clean room. Visit Rocos Pizza around the corner for pizza by the slice.
Location and rate
Lack of free WiFi in rooms. Kinda stingy in 2014 don't ya think?
Staff was great. Very helpful with all our needs
- Proximity to Pike's Market, shopping - Cleanliness - Friendly, helpful staff - Rooftop view - Secure underground parking at a good daily rate
- Only one elevator, and it broke down - Parking is a block away - Neighborhood is a little bit sketchy
TV too small
Very helpful staff Great location Comfortable Free WiFi
