Walking distance to everything. Staff very friendly, service excellent.
No airport shuttle and staff not helpful with trouble shooting wifi.
Comfort Cleanliness Kindness of stuff
Great place to stay in Seattle. Close to everything and at a fair price.
The location is great! close to Seattle Center and Pike Place Market:) The staffs are great! They're nice and helpful :D
Front desk of the girl had a cold face, the room ceiling (upstairs floor) was creaking nearly whole night when the guy upstairs walked, unluckily, he/she walked in very late night and very earlier morning.
Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean.
Walls are very thin.
Spotlessly clean, great location for getting around
The amount of homeless people around the hotel/street
The hotel is clean and well located. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours of day and night. It's very convenient to have free waters, popcorn, bike use, and a grocery store next door. The location could not have bed better. The place was really clean. I have stayed at hotels rated much higher that were not as clean. Very happy here.
Agree with others that the walls were thin, but that really didn't make a difference in my experience.
Very clean/modern and decent size room. Nicer than expected given that it was the cheapest hotel I could find in downtown Seattle that included an ensuite.
A lot of street noise and couldn't control the temperature of the room well.
This is a very pleasant place to stay. My room faced the courtyard. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Whoever was above my room was very heavy footed and seemed to walk around a lot during the night.
Useful staff. Laundry facilities just off the lobby. Great restaurants nearby.
Not a big deal, but the ice machine in the lobby was annoyingly loud and spoils the atmosphere.
The ease of use to get in and around the place.
Rooms were a wee bit stuffy at night
Location and price was good
No hot water 1st morning and very loud neighbor
I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was very nice.
A lot of homeless around the hotel which made it uncomfortable to walk places at night alone.
Location, midway between Pike Street and the Space needle. Price.
Could only stay 2 nights
We loved riding the bikes around. No parking was necessary :)
No breakfast or coffee
The convenient location; friendly, helpful staff; clean, quiet facility. While we are an elderly couple (65ish), we thoroughly enjoyed the cultural mix of young people staying at the Belltown Inn.
First and foremost, I loved the location and the accessibility of various transportation. The soda and microwave popcorn were a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful. You can't beat the price for a room in downtown Seattle...not even close!
Though I enjoyed my stay, anyone looking for a quiet get-away will be disappointed. Bars, clubs and road noise are right there. If you are bothered by dogs and homeless folks, you will not be happy. Both are a part of the city experience.
Cannot beat the location. Cute spot with bars and restaurants nearby, short walk to space needle, parks, Pike Market, everything.
Not the fanciest of hotels. Felt clean enough, but very basic.
5-25 minute walk to just about anywhere you want to visit in down town Seattle. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly service, bikes free to lend, cable TV, within 2 minutes of the best pho (local pho) and best coffee at Bedlam coffee.
I really enjoyed the entire experience.
I just like the location and overall comfort of small place and the rates were great.....people at front desk helped me everytime I needed something. ...I'll be sure to return
Luv the free use of bicycles and umbrellas. There is a cool dog park across the st.
Late at night there are some sketchy characters hanging around the neighborhood... seems indicative of d/t Seattle tho... not the hotel specifically.
