Clean, good location, good value
clean, comfortable able to open the window
The room was too small. No chair to sit in.
Double bed was small for two adults.
I know the area! Very easy for all transportation.
hotel location was perfect and the bedroom was always really clean
too expensive for what they offered: staff not really kind, small bedroom, the hotel in general was always really noisy during the night, you can hear everything. Internet wifi did not work properly in the room and you have to stay on the groundfloor at the reception.
location & value
couldn't get an answer as to whether the Wi-Fi is encrypted
Location, cost, cleanliness`
Tiny room with no chair or closet
Very clean. Responsive staff. Easy access to trains, restaurants, shopping, Central Park.
Very small. One of everything- trash can, chair. An occaissional boiler humm was sometimes annoying.
location and staff.
Very narrow bed
The price was reasonable for NYC. It was quiet and the location was great.
It was a bit small.
Location good, rooms basic, small, clean
Noisy heater kept us awake, synthetic sheets
Good wifi coverage. Nice location and comfortable bed.
Hardly room to lay down a suitcase.
Relatively quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and close to Central Park. Reasonable value for normally excessive NYC hotel prices.
Minuscule room sizes. Barely able to turn around. Bathroom was clean and adequate
I can't say that I liked anything in the hotel
The reception staff were rude and not helpful. The room key did not work and the staff did not even apologise for that. The room was very small and 2 people could not move around it. There was even no place to put the bags!
Very comfy beds. We had a twin room and the beds had olenty of space under for storage plus bedside table and desk. Wardrobe. Bathroom was good, nice shower. Excellent wifi connection - free.
Near lift with some noise but not an issue at all.
Location worked for us. Internet service was good. Clean.
We were prepared for a small room but would have appreciated having a bureau or a light in the tiny closet so we could unpack and stay organized. There was no place to put our suitcases away and only one bedside table. Coffee was only .50 but no change available at front desk or from the machine.
Free wifi, nice clean room, nice towels, location
Small room and small bathroom.
Very clean and the staff was there for you. The location was excellent.
The room size.
location convenient to subway station and a Starbucks
The staff was unhelpful and uncommunicative. They seemed to think that asking for a receipt on $660 item was a major imposition, and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for it while they helped other people. The bathtub was dangerously narrow for someone showering. The uncarpeted hallway floors meant that every early-morning departure served as an alarm clock. The wireless was so slow that I could not even do my email. Yet free wifi was why I chose this hotel!
The Wi-Fi didn't work well most of our stay; The room was TINY!
The room is too small
The room is way too small. I would appreciate a single bed so I could have room for a chair. A room without a chair is not good. Also, there should be a coffeemaker (hot water) in the room.
