Very small room. Barely fit the double size bed. However I was alone and only in to sleep for the night so it worked well for me.
Best price available for that night in uptown NYC. Clean comfortable room and updated bath.

It was over all a good experience, but for the amount we paid, the room was ridiculously tiny. Opening the door, the was just enough clearance it to seeing open and there was the bed. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. There were two of us and it was a full size bed, not a double, so though the bed was VERY comfortable, sleeping in it was not. It was advertised as a 2 person room, bad advertising. So when we met up with family, we couldn't come back to the hotel to unwind, had to stay out until our family went home.
The hotel was amazingly clean, housekeeping was polite and thorough. They also supplied a locked closet to keep your luggage in if you arrived early, since they did not allow early check it.

Very small room and bathroom. Wifi was weak. No exercise room or complimentary breakfast.
Clean and convenient location

The rooms are incredibly small, and mine lacked natural light.
The rooms are kept very clean.

Cleanliness and location
May 12, 2015
Rooms are small, window from the 1st floor is located half below the ground level. Overall renovation is required.
Price, Location, private bathroom.
May 9, 2015
The price and the room is so small.
The location. Close to central park.
May 6, 2015
My wife and I are both quite skinny and it was a challenge to navigate around between the bed and the walls
Location--you do NOT want to spend any time in your room actually awake ;-)
May 6, 2015
He room was very small, there is almost no room to put your luggage
The location was very good! Close to Central Park by walk, in front of Broadway St and lots of transportation.
May 5, 2015
very small bathroom, and humidity smell, staff at the reception could be really rude, did not even say goodbye and become extremely tired to answer your legitimate and polite questions, like was trying to save breathe and used only monosyllable.
Clean, free wifi, quiet and safe location, very close to central park and to a metro station. they could also arrange a shuttle to the airport. small bedroom.

I was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic!
May 2, 2015
The room was too compact. There wasn't any leg room nor a table with chair.
I liked the hotel it has a nice décor (fully renovated) and clean. It seems new.

Everything was great except the free wifi which was extremely slow.
The room was very clean, the location right near 86th St Station on the 1 line was excellent, and space was well laid out given the small size of the room (draws under bed to unpack).

the cleaning staff does a great jobb, near Central Park and various stores and subway

As small as you can not open two luggeges on the floor at the same time. Terrible AC noise and room sound insulation.
Nearby to metro station.
April 26, 2015
Office center, wi-fi very slow, room was way too small (not even a console or table where to place laptop or tablet or whatever). Don't book a taxi to the airport with them (most probably you'll be shuttled there by a family relative). Book it yourself. I've be charged $50+$3 (taxes?)+$8 toll +$10 for credit card payment. $71 for a 20 minutes trip to La Guardia Airport? Seriously...
Cleanliness of the room, strategically placed in uptown.
April 26, 2015
An extremely basic hotel. The size of the room is barely bigger than the size of the bed. You won't want to spend more time in the hotel than necessary
Id you are looking for a place to have a shower in the evening and sleep this place is fine. It's clean and functional.

Habitaciones algo pequeñas,especialmente el baño
Excelente ubicación, wi fi gratis, muy limpio, excelente relación precio/calidad.

Only good experiences
Good hotel at reasonable price
April 22, 2015
There was a touch of road noise but nothing that stopped us from getting a good nights sleep.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. It was very close to Central Park and easy to travel to other parts of Manhattan.

The room we got was very small for 2 persons. We were carrying a large suitcase and it took almost all the available space to walk. I think it needs more furniture (or a bench to put the suitcase). While staying there we noticed the rooms in our side (the back side) are far smaller than the ones across the corridor (front side?) of the hotel. So if travelling with a large suitcase, ask for the larger room! Also, there was no kettle to make tea or coffee or vending machine to get water, and it meant we had to go to a shop to get it. Other than that, we had a great experience here and would definitely come back!
It was great for NYC: Nice and clean room, clean toilets, great shower, comfy bed, quiet for a good night sleep. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very conveniently located in a residential neighbourhood (upper west), very close to a subway stop (at 86th with Broadway) that connects to everything with line 1. There were lots of restaurants in Amsterdam st. that open early or stay up late. Also there is a 24hr pharmacy and bakery in Broadway only across the street. Central park is walking distance (15 mins), with the American Museum and Met museum close by. At the lobby of the hotel they have a couple of screens informing passengers of the flights departures from all 3 major NYC airports, which was very helpful.
