Erinomainen sijainti lähellä teattereita ja ostoskatuja ja muitakin kohteita, mutta kuitenkin hiukan rauhallisemman kadun varrella. Kuvaus "boutique-hotellina" mielestäni hieman liioiteltu. Jouduin myös lähtemään vuorokautta aiottua aikaisemmin, mistä ilmoitin kahdesti, hyvissä ajoin. Tätä ei kuitenkaan oltu rekisteröity, kun checkasin ulos. Toki maksoin vain faktisista yöpymisistäni, mutta vastaaottohenkilökunnan soisi olevan hiukan tarkempaa työssään. Ystävällisiä olivat kyllä. |

Huone oli hyvänkokoinen ja tarpeeksi tilaa vaatteille 9 pv oleskelua ajatellen. Sijainti aivan loistava lähellä Time Squerea ja kaikkia ravintoloita. Hitaat hissit. Suhteellisen kallis ajatellen ettei edes aamiainen kuulunut hintaan. |

Sijainti oli erinomainen, vain n.300m Times Squarelta. Näkymä ylemmistä kerroksista aika mukava - näkyi pidemmällekin ja paljon korkeita taloja. Hotellissa on viihtyisä aula ja aamiaishuone, concierge. Valet-parking oli hyvä, koska tulimme omalla autolla. Huoneet ovat melko vanhanaikaiset ja sijainti näkyy hinnassa. |

Associates were friendly Air conditioner was still in the window which made it very noisy at night. It was very hard to sleep. Also the room did not have a shower curtain. We had to call when we checked into the room. |

The location is excellent at only 2 blocks to Times Square and a couple more to Rockefeller Center, yet the hotel is on a quite block where you can sleep peacefully without noise. |

Location and staff were great. Comfortable rooms with coffee makers, refrigerator and microwave; did not have to rely on room service for morning coffee. Smallish rooms for the price. |

The hotel is greatly situated a few minutes from Times Square. Yet, it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, beds are comfortable, the bathroom freshly renovated and clean. To top it all, the room is equipped with a little kitchenette. I found everything I needed and will definitely stay there again on my next visit to New York, price permitting. |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The choice of breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were very helpful. Room service menu very good, service prompt and prices reasonable. Hotel staff not overly helpful or friendly when asked advice on directions to various places. |

our room was really comfortable clean and the decor was really up to date and tastefully done. no bar to relax in and the door men need to smile a bit more. The rooms lack ceramic cups and I think cutlery should be provided. |

The staff was outstanding. They were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for a NYC hotel. I enjoyed the accommodations. The bathroom was very small, but there was little that they could do about that. The bed was stiff, but that is a matter of preference. |

We were surprised and pleased that our 7 a.m. arrival in pouring rain after a red-eye flight didn't bother the staff at all. We were able to check in although the usual time is 4 p.m. The bed linens weren't clean - lipstick smudge on the pillowcase and a stain and sticky crumbs on the comforter. The toilet gurgled every 10-15 minutes. |

I thought the location was fantastic and the staff was very friendly especially the bellman Peter and the concierge desk staff. The rate was good for a New York city hotel in such a good location. |

The Hotel is very conveniently located, just a block away from Times Square and most of the Theatres. The street it's located on is quite enough for a City Centre location. Cabs are available at the front door of the Hotel which is handy. Subway is closeby also. Bus Station is located just three blocks away. The breakfast was not included in the price. It was available at extra cost. |

Great location, good facilities and room Front desk staff were very bland and not supportive in any way when they misplaced my luggage. I was understandably very upset and subsequently missed my flight but was not given any TLC or support at all from staff. The Manager needs customer service training and so do his front desk staff. |

The hotel lobby and the bedroom were clean and well appointed. Staff was helpful.The double room was large by NYC standards. Great location close to theater. |
