Close to downtown, easy access. Quiet and spacious room (Executive King)
Quiet, comfortable, good value for the money, glad I chose to stay here
Convienent, desk clerk was great.
Room was large but terribly awkward, laid out poorly. We both were offended by the smell in the room.
Internet was not good! Low connection!
We have not been to Bend in decades, not realizing the Hotel was right by Down Town Bend, we requested a room with a view of nature if at all possible. Had the best possible view of the mountains in the distance, it was absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated. Very comfy bed, tons to do close by, a weekend was not long enough.
I'm a pillow snob, loved that there were so many but most had no support. Bathroom needed to be cleaner. White walls show a lot. A quick wipe down with a bleach & water cloth takes just a couple of extra minutes and kills germs.
Clean and a fairly nice room,, not as good as it looks online
Closer to downtown than one would think. Very quiet. Rooms recently updated. Quick check in. Friendly staff
Exterior could use some updating and cleaning. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing to keep me coming back.
One of the best middle price hotels in the Bend, capitol of the Cascades. Hotel was so lovely, that I decided to stay one night more. Location was good, near the Bend downtown. The room was really comfortable, with good space, convenient facilities and very professional and competent staff. I would recommend it for tourists who exploring the Central Oregon.
Beds were not comfortable Eggs were real nasty (not real) ?
Clean updated rooms, friendly staff, close to everything.
TV had no remote control One bed the top of the bed was 3 inches higher tan the foot of the bed!
An easy 10 min. walk to downtown Bend and the Park Staff was friendly and helpful Room was a little dated but clean and gave us what we needed
Breakfast-we got there in the last hour and ran out of eggs and sausage We were in an annex with a street between the room and the pool - not much traffic, but still a concern
Cars pulling right up to the doors and staircase being nearby made our room noisy at all hours.
Quiet room. Older facility but clean. Room was spacious. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent complimentary breakfast with wide selection of foods.
I liked the clean room and the staff was great! I would stay here again.
Everything was good especially the price. Very reasonable.
Bed was pretty hard, but not terrible.
The price was very high compared to other places we stayed in before. I understand demand was high and places were full that weekend due to the swim meet and bicycle event, but jacking up prices so high for this reason was devious. This may prevent us from using your facility again, and I'm not decided if I'll recommend your place to my friends.
Bed was comfortable and the room was large so we didn't feel cramped.
The room smelled musky and smokey. They tv was out dated.
Overpriced. Noisy b
The location was good - very clean and friendly staff.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Traveling for work it is a necessity to have wifi, a desk, refrigerator and microwave... They had it all along with a hot free breakfast.
First floor room right across from office (rm 226). Brad & Rene made us very welcome. Could there be a more convenient ice machine than down the hill?
Ice machine in poor location; wi fi unpredictable.
the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean . The location was good for the quilt festival
It was very hot the weekend we were there and we went to cool off at the pool. There was a very large group of young men who had taken over the pool. They were rowdy, loud, and drinking beer by the case with the pool deck covered in empties. they had been just as loud at breakfast that morning. I am not sure what the hotel can do about this sort of situation but perhaps at least a time out when others can enjoy the facilities
I tend to favor well-cared-for older hotels and this was exactly what I was looking for. The large room was very clean, nice linens and pillows and the hotel is well-located with lots of dining options nearby.
Price seemed a bit steep and it's time to retire the old tube TV's, but overall I was very pleased.
