God beliggenhed. Fra tagrestraurent fin udsigt over vandet. Værelserne rene og pæne. Personalet venligt og tjenstvillige. Alt i alt en god oplevelse. |

Hotellet var godt, havde en rigtig god beliggenhed. Værelset var stort med en stor god og bred seng. Regngøringen var rigtig god. At minibaren fremover vil være kold. Der er ikke meget ved en varm/lunken danskvand/øl. Vi spurgte på hotellet, men de sagde, at minibaren altid var varm. Derudover bør TV kanalerne finindstilles. F.eks var det stort set umuligt at se CBS, (kanal 2) som trods alt er national TV. |

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and professional.The bed was generous and extremely comfortable. It provides good value for money. The hotel is quite a long way from the nearest subway, and could do with refurbishment. The breakfast is a little bit half hearted, but is good value for what it is. |

The hotel is clean & smart, the staff are polite & friendly - overall the hotel made for a pleasant stay. Not so much a dislike, more an observation. The hotel is fairly out of the way and is at least a 8-10 min walk to even the top end of Madison / Lexington Ave. |

Beautiful room with breathtaking view of the Queensboro Bridge and looking west to the city. I was there celebrating my 50th birthday - my sister called in advance of our stay to order a gift basket for my birthday (she wanted wine and cheese and asked the Concierge for assistance locally) They said they could only help her with flowers and candy. She called back again to ask to have Room Service sent us a bottle of wine and cheese tray, but was again told they could not help her as she was not a guest of the hotel and they could not verify her credit card number or identity. I only found this out after my return home, but my sister was very upset with the attitude and lack of assistance she received. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice "Lather" bath products. Great grocery store nearby (Bridge Market Food Emporium). Room was a bit warm throughout my stay. Wish there had been a business center, as I did not carry a laptop with me. Wish that I could have used the fridge for a few items without worrying I'd be charged inadvertently for pre-stocked items. Wish the room had a coffee maker. |

the hotel is well designed. room is comfortable. the hotel is far from any subway station. the room air conditioning did not work properly- it was too hot during the whole stay and the hotel staff could not fix it. we suffered from the heat. |

Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and service is efficient. Views in rooms are great. The beds are very comfortable with soft sheets and many pillows. Window treatment are great at keeping room dark in the morning so you can sleep. There was also an umbrella in the closet for guests to use which was extremely helpful that weekend. Hot water took a little too long to get hot enough to bathe one time, I felt like I wasted a ton of water before it was warm enough to get in. Elevators can take forever to arrive, and there are only 21 floors. After the first night, room service never brought back any wash clothes for the bathroom (????) |

Relative good price for a NewYork city hotel. Relative comfortable. Good area neighboorhood. Automatic update to suite on arrival is pleasing. Helpful Door man. Concierge varying helpfulness. cannot adjust aircon too much - either a little cool or too hot+dry. Cannot manipulate window for more fresh air. Wait 10 minutes for hot water in toilet and shower. Blanket a little too heavy. Soft pillows |

I Liked everything about the hotel! The design of the hotel was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and charismatic. I enjoyed the luxury of the rooms. Hotel Bentley is by far the most comfortable,affordable, and luxurious I have visited. Thank you |

The room was clean and was good size I could hear everything from the rooms next door, there was noise in the hotel most of the time. The mini bar was full but no prices and was not switched on. |

Our room was really spacious and very nice. I liked the interior designing. It took us 20 minutes walking to the closest metro station but it was nice to walk in Manhattan during our stay. The gas station below the hotel. |

Beautiful views of the skyline and the Queensboro bridge. Very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Just disappointed that the roof top restaurant and bar were closed due to renovation. |

Room was huge with 2 areas, a living room with desk, tv & couch. Glass french doors separated the bedroom already, which was also very large. Huge windows all around the room gave great views. Good size bathroom and great water pressure. Very clean and relaxing room. The huge wall to wall windows also let in a lot of street noise. Gas station located below the hotel is open all night, so car noise is pretty severe, the street in front of the hotel is very crowded, especially weekday mornings, so horns, trucks, etc. Ice machine was kind of a trek, only one in the 2nd floor stairwell, and no scoop. Elevators could be a bit slow. Staff was not all that welcoming. Its a bit of a walk from the action, but only 3 or 4 blocks to the subway. |
