Clean, close to the highway, very comfortable beds.

Nothing really - a good basic travel motel

Clean Room's, Fast internet, Good shower.

Location near variety of food choices and a cinema. Easy travel to nearby city (5 mi away) for sports event. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed was firm and comfortable. Affordable and clean. WiFi worked reliably.

Minor maintenance / cleaning deficiencies - overall was very good.

Door was off of bathroom. Stepped on a screw with bare feet. The screw was apparently off hinges from missing door. The cost was reasonable, but not for the discomfort of a cut foot or inconvenience of missing door.

It is conventiently located near the freeway and near restaurants. Our room was clean with plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

The staff at the Red Roof Inn were very friendly and helpful, Rhonda and Michelle were exceptional. We left our camara there and were called immediately and were very touched by the honesty of the staff. We were just passing through on a yearly trip and would stay there again.

The price. I think it was good value.

Housekeeping could have been a bit better. Crumbs were on my carpet for a couple days and were not cleaned up by chambermaid.

Value for the money

The room was clean and free of bugs, and the price was great.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and had obvious patches in the walls that distracted from the comfort of the stay.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great for a good night sleep. Nice large tv in the room. Staff were friendly.

On our stay we did not have hot water. Water was barely warm. Toilet did not work. There was no heat from the heater in the room so the stay was a cold one. The room was damp and smelled like wet cigarettes a bottle of febreeze was necessary to make the stay tolerable. .The bed was comfortable but was falling off the frame.

Location was good. But the roaches spoiled that. I would have driven another hundred miles to avoid them.

Roaches in the dresser draws. Had to dress in the parking lot for fear of picking up roaches in clothes. Might never use Red Roof again

Problem with the toilet. It is an older facility, locks on door were not adequate. Not a fresh feel, but room and bath were clean.

It was an excellent value. The room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. As an affordable motel option, they knew which corners to cut, and which to prioritize.

It was clearly a discount option. Nothing wrong with that, we knew what we signed up for. There just weren't many amenities. The room was small, the bed could have been a little nicer, etc.

The staff changed the rate to $10.00 higher, when I complained they did nothing about it. I complained the next day to another staff and they could only change the rate for the second day!!! Outrages in my opinion. The beds were very uncomfortable. The toilitries were not sufucient. I will not stay there again. Linda Houck
