Very humid in room even with a/c on
Was a nice quiet room and we enjoyed it.
When booking I was led to believe there was a functioning pool ! There was not and when my husband inquired about the pool the lady at the front desk was very rude and he was told if we really wanted to swim we could go across the highway to Econolodge ! Saturday morning when my husband went down at 8 am to get coffee the pot was empty and the lady made more coffee by just adding a little coffee to the used grounds , coffee was aweful ! We come to Bentonville frequently to see our grandchildren and son and daughter n law and normally stay at a different hotel , and we won't make the mistake of staying at your facility again
The bed, desk chair.
The wi-fi to slow, microwave dirty on out side, mini fridge very old, not enough towels, TV had a high pictch hum to it. Gave me a headache. Upgrade your TVs. Had a light switch and outlet cover for just an outlet cover. Cheep and lazy.
Everything was fine service was good
We didnt like the pool not being open and the coffee pot was too small but other than that it was good
the location was exelent
ABSOLUTELY the worst place to stay ever. The rooms smelled terrible. the bedspreads were stained, it was horrid!
Got over charged. Was supposed to be 67 dollars and ended up getting charged 78
Location. I had stayed here before and it was clean and staff efficient.
The ceiling had a stain. The evening staff was very slow, seemingly not familiar with the computer. She also told us that we couldn't have certain rooms because they were not cleaned. The rooms did not feel clean.
Front desk staff was excellent.
No remote in room and three remotes I was given to try didn't work. Towels were small and thin and there were only two of each. There was hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor.
It was alright for the price. I was not looking for anything fancy..just somewhere to sleep for the night and thsfs exactly what I got.
The first room we were in was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled overwhelming of old, stale, cigarettes.. the second room lacked the stench of smoke but did maintain an odor of damp, mildewed carpet.
I was visiting family and the location was very convenient. I have stayed at this location before for the same reason.
traffic - but I don't blame you for that
The bed was the best thing about the room, very comfortable...
The bathroom floor was dirty, the fridge was not working and the tv could be updated....
The King Bed! The bisuits and gravy for breakfast! The staff was super friendly!
We stayed there before and knew it would be a good place to stay again.
When I left.
The whole experience was terrible. The heater would not shut off. The pool area lighting was out except for one light. Wifi was free, but it was as very slow.I tried to call the desk to get help with the heater and the phone did not work. The only fix they offered was they could turn it off from the office but then I would not have any heat. Water pressure was really low in the shower. There did not seem to be very many guests at the time so it was not like everyone was taking a shower at once. I would not want my worst enemy to stay there. The sheets had black specs on them so I slept above the sheets.
convenient, helpful desk people.
Booking. com sent my reservation for the wrong day, but motel fixed it. No exercise room. TV reception was bad.
Crystal Bridges. Comfortable bed.
Motel was a dump. Things broken, bad paint job and colors, tiny bathroom, ancient furniture. Way overpriced for what we got.
internet didn't work. breakfast is poor
It was close to where wanted and rooms were quiet.
Their booking. Total nightmare. They gave us the wrong room. Gave us a smoking room. Would not give us rate at which we booked through you. Tried to charge us room change fee. Then took more money from debit account that what I signed for, not counting the time we spent when we arrived and checked out to try to straighten out the mess. We saved a brochure of other motels. will not be staying there again.
We had left a bunny bed toy and child black boots and Melanie looked several times..but couldn't find..granddaughter upset... Wish they could have found....by housekeeping
Price and location
Place was shabby, breakfast minimal, not attended and little food left. Had to change rooms because the heater didn't work, bedspread in the first room looked old and soiled.,
We didn't get the rooms we were promised. There were two couples in our group. We were to have king rooms and ended up with regular crowded two regular bed rooms. Very unhappy about this. We moved from a motel with queen bed and no breakfast--hoping to get king beds and breakfast. your breakfast was okay but the rooms not. Plus we paid $20.00 per day more for less. Most frustrated with whole deal. We spent 3 nights sleeping on regular beds when used to kings at home.
I have to say my stay at Days Inn was Unpleasant. To begin I arrived after 5pm, requested to check in. The lady could not find my reservations. I read off the address and phone number which matched the facility. I told her my confirmation number and that my dated were correct. She called a manager and she told me it would be a few minutes. I went out and told my husband about the wait. I called 5 other hotels, all which were booked solid. We drove 3 house to find out the hotel which we booked days before had been lost. I returned with no answer yet, the receptionist then called the manager again. Finally, we were checked in. As we drove tithe room I noticed a nonsmoking sign. I had booked a jacuzzi sweet smoking as it was the last. I entered room 104 which had two twin beds. I returned to the service desk as we had reserved a king jacuzzi suit. Another call to the manager and minutes of waiting, we were switched rooms. The room was really not what we expected. In 304 there are water stains in the carpet. Spot stains by the door and the trim by the night stand is coming off. While staying there my husband cut himself so I requested a first aid kit. There wasn't much in the boxes, infact one box was completely empty, not just a bandaid box but the whole first aid kit was empty! We ended up having to apply electrical tape to his finger. Also I questioned if military discounts were given she said yes, so I presented my government issued card. She told me "at the rate" I received I could not get it. But we actually paid $30 more than what was posted on the door of the hotel? In room 304 it stated the rate is $92. We paid $129. From military experience I've stayed at numerous hotels, but I will not stay at this one again.
