Helpful and friendly staff, with quick breakfast and cocktail hour at 5pm, clean room, good location, value for money, nice structure. Generally none though rooms does not have aircon and you need to open the windows; perhaps the temperate weather in SFO is not an issue. |

I enjoyed the charm of the hotel. While a bit older, I liked the decor. The location is great. When we needed a cab to go to dinner, the concierge offered to call and we had a cab in less than five minutes. The room we were in was extremely spacious. The housekeeping staff tried three different times within an hour to come clean the room the morning of check out. However, they were friendly about it. |

Great location, lovely hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff. Really adds great value to a nice San Francisco holiday. Pretty close to everywhere in downtown as well. |

Estaba más o menos bien situado para lo que es ir de turismo unos días sobre todo cerca de la zona de compras el hotel es viejo, el frigorífico hace demasiado ruido, nuestras habitación estaba por debajo del lobby (piso 0) y las vistas daban a la zona de basura...vamos, que para el precio encima que tiene no es ninguna joya. |

Desayuno en el hall, aunque no es nada del otro mundo, esta bastante bien, servicio de pastitas dulces y saladas a las cuatro y media de la tarde (muy apreciado), las habitaciones son comodas, sin excesos. Mucho detallito, eso si, champus, cremas, geles, cosas asi. Internet gratis, y dos PCs de uso gratuito para los clientes. Limpieza algo descuidada, sobre todo en las ventanas, ruido por las noches por culpa de la mania de los bomberos de San Francisco de llevar la sirena a todo trapo a cualquier hora del dia o de la noche. Hay mucho mendigo y drogata por la zona, aunque son inofensivos en general. |
