Good position and value for money. Good budget hotel.

Quite noisy at night including elevator noise, with our room being right next to the elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay there. It was quite, clean, comfortable, and a walking distance from the Moscone convention center where I attended a conference there. Didn't get breakfast there as it was provided at the conference. Internet connectivity was good and hassle-free. I use the iron to fix cracks in my clothes and it worked well. Overall I had a very good experience.

Main thing that annoyed me is the handles / knobs for the shower open clockwise rather than the usual counter clockwise. I had to keep remembering that every time I was taking a shower which was quite annoying. I would suggest getting modern knobs. Add also a shelf or a cloth handle on the back of the door. A flat TV with HDMI input would be a plus so I can plug my laptop or tablet to it and watch something.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great location. Nice and cozy hotel. On the contrary to the most hotels in USA it includes breakfast, which is not awesome, but still a nice start for a day.

It is very expensive for the facilities it offers.

The beds were very small, even for a short person. The breakfast was not good quality, it was beyond being simple. There was no WIFI in the rooms.

Location........ very central for restaurants and shopping. The staff were very nice. We loved the buzz of San Francisco. The Hotel was nice with a pub attached. WI FI was only available on the ground floor tho.

Parking fees were very high but it was expected. After a mini tour of the US we found the room was small with a view of the fire escape which was disappointing compared to other places we have stayed. Having said that we did enjoy our stay.

The old fashioned comfort of the building and rooms. The downstairs lounge. The access to free computers. The location to the city centre, restaurants and cable cars.

Always enjoy the friendly staff and the great location to down town.

The facilities are far below the basic. Rooms do not include the basic such as hotwater and desk space.

Charming hotel with a wonderful downtown location close to Union Square.

The room had no a/c very little light and was very noisy when the window was opened facing on the alley which had a number of air conditioner units running from adjacent buildings.
