1. Telly did not work until next day. 2. No bathmat as one steps out of the shower onto tile with water, slippery for handicap room. 3. Had to constantly call for adequate number of towels. 4. Hall light out, clerk refused to replace it. 5. No tissue box, even though tissue wall holder was empty, clerk refused to refill it. 6. No one would answer phone late at night, nor earlier than 10 a.m., 7. Overcharged $4.80, taken off credit card. 8. Clerk would not give contact number for franchise owner. 9. As Motel 6 the standard, an 8 rating, Best 5 Motel, 5 rating, with 1 lowest; 10 highest. Very disappointed will never stay in this particular Best 5 Motel again!
Handicap parking. Quiet. Refrigerator good. Telly good reception, many channels.
