The neighborhood looked a little rough.
The motel was reasonably priced since we were only there one night. They were clean, smelled nice, and the staff was very helpful.
Towels were badly stained and curtain did not look clean.
Staff very friendly! Bed was very comfortable. Loved being able to have my dog there.
This mature couple is a 70 yr old with her 90 yr old mother... You don't give enough choices...
The bathroom was kind of a mess and the service was not that great, maybe because they were in renovation.
The comfort of the bed and pillows
the heater kept going on and off making à hissing Sound
We saw a bug in the bed. I will never stay here again.
I liked the price
Sketchy people hanging around outside of doorways. It looked like people actually live here, rather than are traveling through. Stayed here Friday and Saturday nights for a bowling tournament. We were gone all day on Saturday and when we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned. Had to track down the cleaning lady and she pretended like she couldn't understand English. She handed my husband a couple of clean towels, at his request. There was no alarm clock or coffee maker in the room. When I was handed the remote for the TV at check-in that was my first clue that this place was questionable. Also did not like that there was no continental breakfast offered, but after checking in probably would have avoided after seeing the facility.
Towels were fluffy and there were a lot of channel choices on small flat screen TV.
My room was not serviced between nights. Would like hot water available as well as coffee.
We were given extra bedcovers when we found those provided were not warm enough for us. Table and chairs provided as well Positive and cheerful staff.
Too many people outside their rooms smoking. Made room smell like smoke. Don't like being watched entering room alone.
Location close to freeway
bathtub was not to clean
comfort beds the king size
it was nice a clean and the king size bed sleep real good and me in my wife will caome back i would suggest this hotel to anybody
The bed itself was comfontable, but the sheets were pretty itcy they were the reason I didnt sleep so well that right
The place was nice and clean and it smelled very clean
Some beat up furniture Telephone was from a Double Tree inn
Close to the Interstate. Close to a Great Restaurant.
The floors are laminate rather than carpet, which is much better for cleanliness, but during the early evening the upstairs guest walked around a lot in big boots! It didn't last too long, but it was a bit annoying. We suggested if the hotel wasn't full that booked rooms are staggered so an upstairs guest is over an empty room, etc.
Clean, good-sized room with very comfortable king bed. Our well behaved dog was allowed in. Definitely good value for the price.
Nothing specific. the telephone jack was broken but I didn't need it so was not important.
Convenient for my business activities. The room was clean and the near by Asian restaurant was very good.
Staff is very find.room was clean too.
Smell of detergent all over the place
For the money we paid, the place was OK.
Staff very helpful and friendly . Very nice people . the bed was very comfortable . I'll definitely will stay there again on my next visit . Thank you for everything .
Bathroom smells and the sofa has some unknown water spots
Room is big and fairly clean
The floor was dirty and the bathroom didn't have any hooks to hang your clothes. Didn't have enough towels for the number of people in the room
Good location, comfortable bed and pillows
value, clean and friendly
I reserved a room with kitchenette, but none were available upon arrival, but was charged the same rate for a lessor room, (standard bait and switch routine), I was given a first floor room, but luckly, there was a ton of kids in the room above me that stomped around, sometimes so hard I thought the ceiling would crack, this went on until 2am often. Unsure why anyone would place a family of kids on the second floor, to ensure all guests on the first floor can't sleep. Then I had to beg for room service at 6pm, as no one would come to the room. This hotel welcomes military, so you get military in this place, you can figure what happens next. You get one small bar of soap, and one shampoo, one body lotion, there's a coffee pot, but no coffee, no tea, not even cups, so that's totally worthless. The area is in Korean area, not bad, but someone should like Korean foods if staying there and want to eat close by. So, all in all, highly not recommend,
Not too much,
No coffee pot swimming pool alarm clock desk or chair
Not much room were clean
Other guests were making way too much noise
Nice and clean, friendly staff
