The "breakfast" offerings were minimal. Bagels and cream cheese as well as cereal with milk would be easy and inexpensive additions.

Location was good. Beds were comfy and you still use fitted sheets! Yay!

Room was freezing when we got there and it was end of march! Only heat was a baseboard heater--took hours to heat room! Bathroom floor was always icy. Old tv with no remote! Lots of repair issues

Can't complain about a B&B that is less than 10 minutes walk from the ski lift and less than £25 a night! Breakfast selection was basic but plenty filling

One day they decided they weren't serving breakfast but didn't tell anyone, so the poor night manager had to get the breakfast out. This only happened once but made us late for our skiing

Our room had a leaky toilet or it sweated and got the floor all wet. They were very accommodating in offing us a new room. Sauna!

No hot water our first night. Had to take a cold shower. Water heater was fixed the next day sometime. Went to the office 3 times and each time was greated by the same girl who was outside smoking and she asked if we were checking out each time we saw her. Hotel is very loud. Not enough parking. Asked for a " Do Not Disturb " sign-never got one. Asked that no one enter our room- they came in and cleaned it anyway. No WiFi for Apple users-which didn't make sense.

We were upgraded to a bigger room because we were staying for 3 nights..which was very nice. Room was big with fridge and microwave. Good location

This hotel was mis-represented on the web - pictures were very misleading. The property was rundown, our reservation was not what we requested (9 days in advance). The walls were very thin - could hear everyone and everything. The furniture looked like it came from the 1960's and who knows how old the bed was. Their swimming pool was devoid of water - yes it is winter still but to there was rancid water, bear bottles - looked like a toilet, not exactly want you want to see when you go out on your balcony. Oh, no screen door for the sliding door, no clock, no hairdryer, etccc. We checked out, this proper is awful and does not deserve a aaa rating

Very inexpensive, spacious room with balcony, flat screen tv, small kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Clean and comfortable.

No elevator.

We were a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, well positioned for access to the ski gondola and main town with bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating and always on hand. Facilities were as described and our stay was enjoyed fully by all. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. A big thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.
