The affordability was very good would come back again.
Not a big deal but kids in the hallway making noise.
On our route
The room could have been cleaner. Shared with a spider. The TV setup was the worst I've ever experienced. Very difficult to get the the channels.
The room was only semi clean, the air conditioning didnt work and the room was sweltering hot!!! The floors slopped, the staff was barely helpful, and trying to find it was ridiculously hard since the address on the website doesn't map correctly. And with the cost of the fairs acrossed the bridge next time I'll just stay in the city!
Near New york
The only thing we enjoyed was the continental breakfast and the variety of foods to choose from.
Upon check in, the lobby smelled really bad. Our room with 2 dbl beds was very small and cramped. We did not realize how inconvenient this location was to NYC. Too much $$$ and difficulty for transportation to and from. Also, had a leaking ceiling in our bathroom from 2nd floor, children jumping late at night. Very disappointed...We will never return to or recommend this hotel.
If you are heading NY by car, this is a very good location. Easy access to GW bridge, you can reach downtown and save half of your lodging budget.
If you dont have a car, forget about that...
Nothing. Dirty, odors
Leaking ceiling, smell, not clean
My family and I stayed for 6 nts I loved it. My Maltese was welcome, free breakfast internet and much more. Oh and the price was great threw booking.com you can lose. Thanks Wendy
The lobby and breakfast area being one. That was the first! But it worked, very clean and they made you feel right at home.
Price and location near the GW Bridge yet not in the heavy traffic zone.
NO road noise. Amazing. Very hospitable staff.
I didn't like anything about the hotel
The staff didn't help you with anything. We needed a taxi and they couldn't call one for us. I called the front desk to get an extra blanket and they never answered. Some of the people at the front desk were rude.
The desk staff (Jorge) was amazing and very patient when we were completely lost and was able to get us back on track.
The location when you are on 80 e and you have to switch 3-4 lanes to the exit and if you miss, 13.00 for a toll or an accident.
Went to new York
Smell in the lobby. It stank.
Everything was on point couldn't ask for anything more.
Nothing all was well
No shuttle to NYC
Hotel needs renovation.....
The Manager was accommodation after we have argued about the availability of my requested room type. The room was comfortable and nicer than I had thought Breakfast was good.
The exterior gave a negative impression. Accessing the rooms from the outside stairs. Had a group of kids who were noisy. The picture on the web site was nicer than the real appearance. My first impression on driving in was not good.
They didn't have my reservations, said shouldn't use booking.dom doesn't make sure we have a room, they then said they had two rooms left took my debit card information for the two rooms, they gave us the keys we went to the rooms and they were both occupied . They said my card wouldn't be charged, when we got home I checked my bank account and I was charged for the rooms.
Room was clean. Large bathroom. We liked the comfortable chair to read in. Breakfast was excellent and staff very kind and accommodating when the later sleeper arrived late for the scheduled breakfast times. The bed and linens were lovely.
Breakfast area was small and crowded when one of us went there.
Very nice hotel for NewYork-tourists.
Very difficult to get find in a jumble of roads coming off the gw bridge.
breakfast was especially good lighting, for reading, was excellent
no problems at all
The dog upstairs thumping his leg and whining in the middle of the night
