I liked the fact that we trveled all night and they let us check in before noon. They were very nice and I will go back again.

It was a great place to stay for the money. Spent more at other places and got less. Very clean, good coffee. Good waffles, big rooms,no funny smells.

It was ok but it could have been better.

The price was very good. Quick (but very impersonal) check-in. Pleasant room for the money.

Floor in bathroom didn't look clean. Person at desk didn't seem to care one way or the other that we were there. She didn't even say hello when I walked in, or a "glad you're here." Not very welcoming at all.

There was an incident of a young man coming into our room when our door was left a jar carrying bags out. I know now I should have made security aware, because I know that he had no business being there. He had a knit on and no cleaning supplies so I am sure he was up to no good. Not the hotels fault,

Being put in a room at the back of the hotel.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again when I need to be in Rock Hill sc. No complaints.

Very Clean, newly renovated. Pride in ownership is evident in the massive reno job and concern for clients...received a call in the morning of the day we were to check..advised that due to renovations, breakfast could not be provided. Were we Ok with that or did we want to cancel our reservation....thoughtful touch.

We found it easy enough and the location suited our needs for a one night stop but I would never recommend it, even for a one night stay.

There was no breakfast at all. The room was not clean and it was bright all night. The bed pillows were terrible.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff - family atmosphere.

Continental breakfast was a joke, beds are a little on the firm side.

We left a three star hotel at Myrtle Beach and came to Rock Hill and stayed ae Bestway. We won't stay there again

No hang tag for door if you wanted no one to enter.

The fellow in charge of the front office had a bad attitude and and did not accept criticism. He said we should have checked the room. The commode ran over and later wouldn't flush. There weren't enough towels, washclothes, or coffee & the breakfast wasn't much of a variety. The parking lot was icy & had snow & they put something on it only when asked, then they put it on only when asked. The next morning, a woman who was my guest fell when she slipped on ice going to breakfast! This ice she fell on was right outside the lobby. This trip to attend the NarrowWay Dinner Theater Production (in which my son who lives in Charlotte, his wife, and his two daughters were in & his daughters had leading parts) was my belated Christmas gift to my male friend and to my cleaning lady and her 10 yr. Old daughter, also my friends. I paid for two rooms at this motel. Needless to say, it was certainly not a good experience and I would not go here again or advise anyone else to stay at this motel. I had not complained the manager, but he "accosted" me when I was eating breakfast with my male friend and the youn girl & I found out later that he called the little girl's mother who was still in the room so she could hear our conversation; all this displeased me! In my travels all over this country and in Europe, I have never had to "deal with" a person acting and talking like this employee of this motel! Whenever I went to the front, staff was on cell phones and did not stop to check me in. Then I had to wait for someone for 10 minutes to check me out because they were on their cell phone as well. I felt it was very unprofessional. My room also had flies in it and spiders.

The cost and the waffle maker.

It didn't have bed bugs.

Location, location, location. It was a dingy hotel. When I had checked the rating, it was rated a 7.9. That was not a true rating. It was in a not nice neighborhood...reminded me of a trucker stop over. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was ok.

I did not like the colors of paint on the wall. They need to put extras towels in the rooms.

It was conveniently located,rooms were fairly clean and the staff were very friendly

I arrived at the hotel late the night before and didnt realize that the continental breakfast was only for three hours (6 am - 9 am) ,I normally dont get up until 8 when on vacation so I think it would be more suitable to have it at least until 10.
