Very kind and clean.
The fact that there was a shuttle trolley was huge. The restaurant food was good. The front desk people were mostly knowledgeable and very helpful.
Grounds could have used some updates. Needed more storage & towel rack in bathroom.
The young man on the night shift was excellent...so helpful and friendly. Hotel was an easy walk to the train station. Room wa spacious. Wifi worked and breakfast was good and included in the price.
Would have liked to stay in Boston but as a budget friendly alternative this wasn't bad, especially since the commuter train was so close by.

We've been here quite a few times. Not fancy but very comfortable. Pleasant café bar, tasty solid food, terrace where you can eat, friendly staff, and view from room.
Nothing except that it would be nice if the window in the room would open a crack so we could get some fresh air.

The beds were fine. The TV was large. There was a small refrigerator available.
The faucet was not bolted to the sink... it could be lifted up altogether. There was a 2 inch hole in the bathroom tile near the floor, low on the wall. The staff was not very welcoming when we arrived... maybe toward the end of their shift? The ice machine was not conveniently located.
I loved the position of this hotel. It was easily accessed from Boston. It looks pretty and is comfortable.
The menu is quite restricted especially for a vegetarian.
I made reservation 3 months in advance for two queen size beds,but to our disappointment the beds were full size!

For those without a car, it's quite "out of the way". I happily walked to the train station but did get wet when it rained (& then not so happy). A shuttle service to and from the station would be great - especially for older people - and it could be at a cost to the user.

- complicated access to hotel by drivers who are unfamiliar to hotel. - wasted valuable time to try to find the access to hotel. - hotel should have highlighted instructions to access hotel for guests who drive.
I enjoyed the sympathy oft he general manager who spoke to me on the last day.
I had put in a special request through my reservation (celebrating 10th anniversary, champagne bottle wanted) and it was never done. Our room had a sticky carpet and the water pressure in the bathroom was awfully poor. I went to front desk, the clerk told me they had second and third floors renovated, but not the first - where we were. Bad experience because of this.

Big room, nice beds reasonably close to the T (metro), about 10-15minutes walk. Excellent and free WiFi connection. Staff are generally nice.
The restaurant is there but is not good, food is rather bland, often swimming in oil etc. Some alternatives exist around the hotel though. Found a centipede in my bathroom... entirely unacceptable for a 100+USD/day hotel. The cleaning is not very thorough. Shuttle services are spotty, e.g. the transport to the T line is only offered at certain hours. Overall the hotel is quite survivable but definitely far from providing the requisite value for the money they ask (this appears to be typical for Boston though).
