Staff very helpful & courteous
The hotel is dated but the view and location is excellent!
Cleanliness in the restroom (male) next to lobby and restaurant
Young front desk agent was very helpful, personal and friendly. Good location - walking distance to the train station and a quick ride to downtown Boston. Hotel was hard to find at first as the signs to the hotel do not stick out - had to re-route a few times.
Only stayed at this location for the price as it was the cheapest without having to be downtown Boston and paying for that price. Room was old and felt not clean. Bed was very hard and pretty small to fit two adult people (full size bed.) Chips and paint missing in the walls. Bathroom was small and toilet was hard to flush. Carpet was old and felt not clean. Breakfast was disappointing and although included, the menu was already picked out which included a very small selection of things and no refills on drinks. The restaurant is small and there was a wait to get seated for breakfast. It was a dine-in feel with hosts and servers, which was odd for a free breakfast. Ended up only having breakfast one of the three days as it was nothing too spectacular.
Beds were very comfortable, room and hotel public areas were clean and updated. A very good choice for a stay in my hometown.
the bar, the food and the bartender
I had to wait at the registratioin desk for someone to showup to register. The shuttle driver finally got someone to come to the desk. There was no one else registering at this time
Hotel delivered what it advertised, free parking, good helpful staff, clean rooms good atmosphere in bar area where a limited breakfast is also served every morning.
10min walk to / from tube station in the rain wasn't fun (we could have taken the hotel shuttle in to the city but road traffic looked very busy)
close to public transportation line, price reasonable, breakfast included, free parking, restaurant on site, good clam chowder, shuttle to and from airport, wi-fi works well.
a bit run down, and you can't shut the bathroom fan off without turning out the light. The bathroom light switch is on the wall outside the bathroom. Wakes up others when you need to use it in the dark.
Very difficult to find this location when driving in the area
They picked us up at midnight at the airport quickly on our first leg of our trip.

I had a terrible stay at the hotel.There was one problem after another.The first room that I was given,there was someone laying on the bed!!!
Close to Marina Bay bar/ hotel in restaurant Served the purpose of just needing it for a night.
- Staff was rude when I called for a rollaway bed 'you have 2 beds, isn't that enough??' was his response. - expensive for an older hotel that is in need of updating - I wouldn't want to stay longer than a night or 2. - you can hear everything in the hallway, so late sleep is not possible.

Although out of town from Boston, the hotel provides shuttle service to the airport and it is conveniently reached by Red Line from Boston South Station to Quincy North station. Nice pub and restaurant.

Bathroom ventilator was making so much noise.
I liked the atmosphere and the fact it is on the water.
What I did not like was that I felt uncomfortable. I have bi racial children and both me and my husband, as well as my children felt very out of place. One older gentleman made it very clear that my husband was to be on his best behavior. My children felt they were on display. So I will never stay there again.

Location next to the river. Restaurant served good food with friendly staff.
Front desk had attitude. I upgraded to a river view through Booking.com. He could not find it and insinuated that since I booked through Booking.com, that's your problem! Rooms are dated, bathrooms are old and need to be refurbished! Overpriced for city view and two double beds! Although located next to the river, it's not convient to get to the city.
Mistaken my date of arrival and charged me, eventually credit me back but I had to lose some money due to currency exchange. Breakfast was really slow. Did some upgrades, but still needs more. Location was a bit hard to find.
Right off highway, near restaurants and Main Street, quiet location. No complaints.
Location is close to metro (just under 15 min walk but you can park for $5). Also close to highway. Outdoor patio right beside water is nice. Small outdoor pool (not heated). Staff very friendly, room size decent and clean and the bed was comfortable. Also flat screen and a fridge in the room. Asked for a late checkout (it was during the week ) and there was no problem.
When sitting outside there are many planes overhead as it is close to the airport. Breakfast has a bit of a line-up as it is not buffet. Basic hot breakfast was decent.
