Best Western Adams Inn  

Very convenient to subway highway close to Boston and Quincy center. An excellent place to tour the greater Boston area and have a nice place to stay and eat with no hassles - the staff was very friendly and helpful too

Hard to find the way into the place when coming off the road

Friendly staff, Boston city centre nearby, quiet, spacious rooms, breakfast included, good towels,very good housekeeping, no pressure to leave the room in the morning for housekeeping, free parking, spacious parking lot.

Noisy fan in the bathroom, no extra blanket in the room.

I think you are smoke free, but there is an awful odor through out the hallways....and when you walk in, it's like walking through a ton of air fresheners. Yuck.

Check in was expedient. Service at the bar was excellent.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful, shuttle service was a god- send, on site restaurant was good, rooms were clean and comfortable, not fancy but very nkice

Hotel staff and pub staff pleasant, friendly.

Beds were awful. Most uncomfortable. The hotel is outdated and dirty. Would not stay here again and it actually makes me wonder what other Best Westerns are like - if they are similar. We do a lot of traveling and think Best Western is a hotel that we will be marking off our lists as places to stay.

Nice staff, good breakfast, and nice river view.

Hard to find entracnce first time. Excercise facility is two bikes, one eliptical, sit-up bench, and TV.

Easy access - pickup at train or plane. Friendly staff. Breakfast.

Unkempt. Carpets old and I didn't want to walk without shoes in my room. Don't stay in the old side..next time, I will pay more for the better room.

It was close to home and that's the reason we stayed there. We just needed a good nights sleep while my daughter had a dinner party at our house. We also had a very nice complimentary breakfast that next morning before we checked out.

The rate I was quoted on line was $89.00 for the night. But to my surprise when we were slipped the bill under the door they had upgraded our rate to $94.00 for the night. T hey never had asked us permission to do that. They had given us an "ocean view room" which I didn't ask for and didn't care about. So I mentioned it to the front desk when we were checking out that morning and they changed the rate back to the $89.00.

Location, convenient, generous breakfast included, helpful staff.

Rooms are a little dated but comfortable.

Friendly and helpful; many Goodmornings & Goodnites, always "do you need help?" Great breakfast comp.,many good choices, love hot coffee in the morning! We know the area & have stayed there before & will again.

Resturant on site,for us and invite our friends to dinner or drinks, good menu.

It was very difficult to find the entrance to the Inn. Although there was a restaurant within, it was extremely noisy!!!

Staff was very friendly and courtiuous. Location was convient to hospitals in Boston, but far enough away from hustle and bustle of city to be relaxing. Traveled with my adult daughter and we stayed the night of the snow storm and we checked in just as storm was getting started. It was nice to have pub located at the Inn so we didn't have to out in bad weather in order to eat. Also appreciated that a breakfast coupon was included in the price.

The pub was cozy and welcoming. The staff very friendly and accomadating. The only thing I felt dissapointed in was quality of food. It was very basic and simple. Not that the food was bad, I just felt that for the price I would have expected a little more quality and appeal. I ordered broiled haddock, plain because of allergies, rice and the veg. of the day. That's exactly what I got on my plate; a small serving of fish, a dish of rice and a bowl of broccoli. Not really appealing to the senses.

It is too far from Boston, and personnel were not knowledgeable on how to help tourists with information on how to travel to other parts. We wanted to go to Vermont, but no one at the hotel informed us how to get there, and no one volunteered information about the tourists location in Quincy itself. We wasted so many hours just trying to find places.
